Abstract

L'invention concerne des récipients haute pression pour fluides, notamment pour gaz liquéfié. La bouteille sous pression en matériaux composites comprend une structure primaire à couches multiples (1), constituées de fils croisés à sens unique (2) et (3) et d'un liant polymère (4), un revêtement polymère interne de protection (5), un élément à pores et capillaires (6) se présentant comme une structure à grille et alvéoles avec des alvéoles à quatre côtés (7) entre les séparations croisées (8) et (9) ainsi qu'une couche de matériau anti-adhérent (10). Le procédé de fabrication du récipient sous pression en matériaux composites consiste à créer une surpression dans l'enveloppe polymère de protection (5), bobiner les fils croisés à sens unique (2) et (3), imprégnés du liant polymère (4), former les couches de la structure primaire (1) et traiter la bouteille thermiquement; avant le bobinage, on applique à la couche de protection (5) l'élément à pores et capillaires (6) auquel on superpose une couche de matériau anti-adhérent (10).
