Abstract
【解決手段】 ライナ10の外周に繊維強化複合材製の外殻を形成して耐圧容器を製造する方法であって、樹脂未含浸の大径繊維束である第1繊維束20と、小径繊維束31を熱可塑性樹脂32で被覆した第2繊維束30と、を調製する工程と、ブレイダを用いて第1繊維束20と第2繊維束30とを組み上げることによりライナ10の外周に組成体40を形成する工程と、第1繊維束20に加える張力を第2繊維束30に加える張力よりも大きくしながら、第2繊維束30に含まれる熱可塑性樹脂32を加熱して溶融させて第1繊維束20に含浸させ硬化させることにより外殻を形成する工程と、を備える。

Claims (1)
- ライナの外周に繊維強化複合材製の外殻を形成して耐圧容器を製造する方法であって、
樹脂未含浸の大径繊維束である第1繊維束と、小径繊維束を熱可塑性樹脂で被覆した第2繊維束と、を調製する繊維束調製工程と、
ブレイダを用いて前記第1繊維束と前記第2繊維束とを組み上げることにより、前記ライナの外周に組成体を形成する組成体形成工程と、
前記第2繊維束に含まれる熱可塑性樹脂を加熱して溶融させて前記第1繊維束に含浸させ硬化させることにより前記外殻を形成する樹脂含浸硬化工程と、を備え、
前記組成体形成工程及び/又は前記樹脂含浸硬化工程において、前記第1繊維束に加える張力を前記第2繊維束に加える張力よりも大きくすることを特徴とする耐圧容器製造方法。
