Abstract

L'invention relève de l'industrie des machines et peut être utilisée dans des unités à frottement. L'invention concerne un procédé pour former un revêtement anti-frottement pour surfaces en contact par frottement, ledit procédé assurant de plus grandes stabilité, résistance et durabilité du revêtement anti-frottement pour surfaces en contact par frottement, y compris dans les cas où ces surfaces sont soumises à une action mécanique et thermique intense; le procédé permet également d'assurer une résistance élevée à l'usure de ces surfaces. Selon le procédé de formation du revêtement anti-frottement pour surfaces en contact par frottement, on place entre les surfaces soumises au frottement un mélange préalablement activé par procédé mécanique d'une substance concassée formant le revêtement anti-frottement; on utilise en tant que substance formant le revêtement anti-frottement une composition de minéraux naturels qui contient, en % en poids: Mg3Si2O5(OH)4 10-60, MgFe2O4 10-60, MoS2 1-20, éléments de terres rares qui l'accompagnent - 0,1-10, H2O pas plus de 5; l'activation mécanique préalable peut s'effectuer avec une pression pulsée entre 0,01 10 MPa, à 100-200 °C.
