Abstract

L'invention concerne la construction d'un étage d'une la pompe de fond centrifuge utilisée notamment pour extraire du pétrole et d'autres substance liquides. Cet étage de pompe comporte une turbine montée sur un arbre et composée d'un disque moteur, d'un disque de recouvrement et d'ailettes. Le répartiteur comporte un disque de recouvrement à aubes, un bloc fixe cylindrique et des aubes. Le rapport entre le nombre de lames et le nombre d'aubes est sélectionné pour être égal à 1,75. Le rapport entre la largeur des lames et la largeur des aubes est sélectionné dans la plage comprise entre 0,75 et 0,95. Le rapport entre le diamètre du disque moteur et/ou le diamètre du disque de recouvrement à aubes et le diamètre intérieur du bloc fixe est sélectionné dans la plage comprise entre 0,92 et 0,97. Chaque ailette est réalisée avec un angle de champ compris entre 98° et 104° et un rayon variable qui s'accroît progressivement de l'entrée du disque moteur vers sa sortie. L'épaisseur de l'aube croît progressivement de l'entre du répartiteur vers sa sortie. Dans l'invention sont aussi données d'autres relations entre les dimensions de l'étage. L'invention vise l'augmentation de l'efficacité et de la pression hydraulique ainsi que l'amélioration des caractéristiques de pression de la pompe. Fig.1 ???? Entrée
