- the ball screw shaft has its counter-load-side shaft end housed in the hollow hole of the rotating shaft, and has the load-side shaft end fixed.
- the ball screw nut was movably screwed only in the axial direction so as to protrude from the load-side bracket, and the rotation detector penetrated through the hole provided in the non-load-side bracket so that its rotation part was protruded.
- the control means is connected to the non-load side portion of the rotating shaft and covered with a rotation detector cover, and the control means is arranged on the non-stator side of the non-load side bracket and fixed to the non-load side bracket. Since the above-mentioned control means and rotation detector cover are covered by the chassis, wiring between the servo motor, rotation detector and control means is not required at the shipping destination, so there is no erroneous wiring at the shipping destination. Together, the wiring work can be improved workability since become unnecessary:
- the opposite end of the rotating shaft on the non-load side and the hollow hole are connected to the support.
- the ball screw shaft extends to the position where the control means exists, and the non-load-side shaft end of the ball screw shaft also extends to match.
- the hollow hole of the rotary shaft is also opened on the non-load side, and a cover for covering the open portion is detachably provided, and the axis of the rotary shaft is provided.
- a through-hole is formed in the chassis portion facing the lid in the direction, and the lid is detachably provided in this through-hole.
- the cylinder servomotor can be mounted on the machine.
- the ball screw shaft can be manually aligned, improving workability and operability:
- the load-side bearing is constituted by a ball bearing, and the outer ring of the ball bearing is attached to a shoulder formed on the inner peripheral wall of the load-side bracket and the inner peripheral wall of the load-side bracket.
- the ball bearing inner ring is fixed between the screwed outer ring fixing nut and the ball screw nut fixing shoulder formed at the load-side shaft end of the rotary shaft of the servo motor. Since the inner diameter of the inner ring of the ball bearing is larger than the outer diameter of the rotor of the servo motor, the inner diameter of the inner ring of the ball bearing is larger than the outer diameter of the rotor of the servo motor.
- the cylinder servomotor can be assembled from one direction, which has the effect of improving workability:
- a shoulder portion for fixing a ball screw nut is formed at a load-side shaft end of the rotating shaft, and a fixing flange portion is formed on the ball screw nut, and the ball screw nut is partially rotated.
- the shaft is fixed to the load-side shaft end of the rotating shaft by fitting it into the hollow hole at the load-side shaft end of the shaft and screwing the fixing flange into contact with the ball screw nut fixing shoulder.
- the oil seal is held on the load-side bracket, and the lip of the oil seal is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fixing flange of the ball screw nut.
- the axial dimension of the part can be shortened, making it more compact The effect is that it becomes possible:
- a shoulder portion for fixing a ball screw nut is formed at a load-side shaft end of the rotating shaft, and a flange portion for fixing is formed near a center portion of the ball screw nut.
- a part of the shaft is fitted into the hollow hole at the load-side shaft end of the rotating shaft, and the fixing flange is brought into contact with the shoulder for fixing the pole screw nut, and is screwed.
- the oil seal is fixed to the load-side shaft end, the oil seal is held on the load-side bracket, and the lip portion of the oil seal is brought into contact with the shaft end outer peripheral surface of the pole screw nut.
- the smaller the sliding diameter of the lip of the oil seal the lower the peripheral speed of the contact part, which has the effect of improving the wear resistance of the oil seal and extending its life. .
- the ball screw shaft has a detent groove extending in the axial direction having a depth substantially equal to or less than the depth of the screw groove on the outer peripheral portion thereof, and the ball screw shaft is provided in the detent groove.
- At least two balls to be inserted and a panel for constantly pressing these balls in the direction of the detent groove are provided, and at least one of the balls is arranged so as to be always positioned in the detent groove.
- the ball screw shaft has a detent groove extending in the axial direction having a depth substantially equal to or less than the depth of the screw groove on the outer peripheral portion thereof, and Since at least one cylindrical roller having a length longer than the screw pitch of the ball screw shaft to be inserted into the retaining groove and a panel for constantly pressing the cylindrical roller in the direction of the detent groove are provided, the invention described above is provided.
- one rotation stop unit in the direction of the rotation axis has the effect of stopping rotation, which has the effect of reducing the overall length of the cylinder servo motor.
- the cylinder servo motor according to the present invention is suitable for use in measuring instruments, spot welding machines, numerically controlled machine tools, factory equipment, and the like.
