El ordenador dispone de una base de datos de concursantes y a su vez ejecuta un programa que controla las normas de participacin, el formato del mensaje a enviar, las claves de códigos de validación de as respuestas y los premios o recompensas a repartir.

Sistema de gestión de mensajes de texto de telefonía para la evaluación de concursos.
CAMPO TÉCNICO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención describe un sistema de gestión y evaluación de mensajes de textos de telefonía móvil que comprende una terminal de telefonía, un ordenador y una interface adecuada entre los elementos anteriores, dirigido principalmente al mercado del ocio. El ordenador dispone de una base de datos de concursantes y a su vez ejecuta un programa que controla las normas de participación, el formato del mensaje a enviar, las claves de códigos de validación de las respuestas y los premios o recompensas a repartir.
ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA
El desarrollo de las telecomunicaciones y la informática hace que estas sean útiles en amplios campos tecnológicos, por ejemplo en el campo médico, financiero y económico, desarrollándose sistemas que contienen interfaces, bases de datos y/o programas de ordenador.
Entre los documentos que componen el Estado de la Técnica el más cercano a la invención es la patente US 5,596,994 que describe un sistema en el que un usuario envía una serie de mensajes motivacionales y/o preguntas a un cliente para motivar un problema de comportamiento específico. El sistema consta de una base de datos de clientes, que incluye para cada cliente el nombre, la lista de llamadas y una identificación personal y un programa de cliente que incluye para cada cliente mensajes motivacionales únicos y/o preguntas. La base de datos y el programa son operados por un ordenador que en períodos de tiempo preseleccionados envía señales a un aparato de teléfono del cliente por medio de un convertidor y de una red, pero éste sistema no utiliza mensajes de texto de telefonía móvil.
En efecto, el sistema descrito en el estado de la técnica no utiliza mensajes de texto de telofonía móvil y hasta la fecha no se ha utilizado ningún sistema de gestión de mensajes de texto de telefonía móvil dirigido al campo del ocio y del entretenimiento.
Una de las prioridades de los medios de comunicación tales como televisión, radio, prensa y medios de consumo es captar clientes por medio concursos o desafíos. Un medio de comunicación plantea preguntas o desafíos a través de su medio llegando a un amplio sector la población. Aquellas personas que quieran participar en el desafío deben enviar su respuesta y esta debe ser evaluada para acceder a la recompensa o premio. La comunicación entre entidad de difusión y el concursante se realiza por correo, mediante conversación telefónica, video conferencia existiendo en todos los casos un presentador o un jurado que evalúa las respuestas correctas y asigna los premios o recompensas.
Mediante la gestión automatizada de mensajes de texto de telefonía móvil es posible participar en los diferentes desafíos planteados, obteniéndose una respuesta rápida y sin la necesidad la presencia de un jurado, produciendo un flujo de preguntas-respuestas más ágil, utilizando simplemente un teléfono móvil.
La utilización de mensajes de texto de telefonía móvil hace del sistema un método universal para cualquier concurso, cambiando solamente la codificación o formato del mensaje de telefonía móvil y los parámetros del concurso (normas de participación, respuestas correctas y premios). OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Un sistema para la gestión automática de mensajes de texto de telefonía móvil que comprende una terminal de telefonía, un ordenador y una interface adecuada entre los elementos anteriores, dirigido principalmente al mercado del ocio. El ordenador dispone de una base de datos de concursantes con los mensajes recibidos y enviados y a su vez ejecuta un programa que controla las normas de participación, el formato del mensaje a enviar, las claves de códigos de validación de las respuestas y los premios o recompensas a repartir hace de él un sistema altamente iterativo en el que el participante - puede recibir rápidamente su respuesta.
DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓN.
El sistema de gestión de mensajes de textos de telefonía móvil está compuesto por una terminal de telefonía móvil que debe ser capaz de recibir mensajes de texto siendo preferiblemente el sistema SMS (Short Message System) aunque cualquier otra modalidad de mensajería de texto puede ser utilizada, un ordenador que contiene una base de datos y ejecuta un programa que controla las normas de participación, el formato del mensaje a enviar, las claves de códigos de validación de las respuestas y los premios o recompensas a repartir y una interface adecuada entre el ordenador y la terminal de telefonía. El sistema de gestión mediante la terminal de telefonía envía un mensaje de respuesta utilizando el mismo medio que el mensaje recibido.
Primeramente la entidad de difusión plantea preguntas a través del medio llegando a un amplio sector de la población. Las personas que quieran participar envían su respuesta en forma de mensaje de texto de telefonía móvil a un número de teléfono especificado. El sistema de gestión inicializa la comunicación con la terminal telefónica mediante la interface. La terminal de telefonía recibe los mensajes ordenados por fecha y hora de llegada, respetando la prioridad de envío, caracterizándolos por el número de teléfono del emisor y quedando registrados en una base datos. El ordenador evalúa el contenido del mensaje y contrasta las posibles respuestas correctas, que han sido definidas por el medio de difusión. Los mensajes correctos pueden optar premios y el sistema contesta a estos usando un mensaje de texto de telefonía.
La interfase del sistema de gestión de llamadas mensajes de telefonía puede ser preferiblemente un MODEM o DataCard y utiliza una base de datos relaciónales para el registro de datos. Las bases de datos pueden cualquiera sean capaces de soportar ODBC y OLE (Access, SQL server, FoxPro, etc.), almacenando en la base de datos los mensajes recibidos y enviados teniendo en cuenta:
- Número de teléfono del emisor del mensaje.
- Fecha y hora de llegada. - Datos del mensaje.
- Códigos y formato del mensaje.
El programa de ordenador que ejecuta el sistema está compuesto por:
- Las normas de participación. - El formato de mensaje a enviar.
- Las claves y/o códigos de validación de respuestas.
- Respuestas correctas.
- Premios y recompensas.
El programa de ordenador puede estar desarrollado en cualquier sistema operativo siendo preferible el sistema MicrosoftWindows (95, 98 NT y posteriores versiones) utilizando componentes del Visual C++ y Visual Basic por su uso más extendido.
A continuación la invención se describe mediante diferentes ejemplos no siendo limitativos del alcance de la misma. Ejemplo 1. Describe el diagrama de flujo del sistema que contiene el procedimiento de gestión de mensajes de textos de telefonía móvil.
1. Iniciar modem de la terminal de telefonía móvil y ejecutar comandos AT.
2. Leer los parámetros de la Base de Datos 3. Bucle para entender la llegada de un nuevo mensaje SMS al terminal
4. Comprobar la validez del SMS (longitud, número de teléfono, etc.)
5. Si el SMS es válido, se comprueba si los datos coi naden con las respuestas predefinidas.
6. Respuesta inmediata por la misma vía al cliente/concursante con una clave si le corresponde producto/premio.

REIVINDICACIONES
1. - Sistema de gestión, recepción, evaluación y respuesta de mensajes de texto de telefonía móvil para la evaluación de concursos, caracterizado porque contiene:
a) una terminal de telefonía capaz de recibir y emitir mensajes de texto de telefonía móvil. b) Un ordenador que contiene una base de datos de las llamadas recibidas y emitidas y ejecuta un programa que evalúa las respuestas correctas mediante la codificación de las respuestas, el formato de los mensajes y los premios. c) Una interface entre la terminal de telefonía y el ordenador.
