Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de production de bandes incurvées, en particulier de câbles composites plats incurvés, comprenant un dispositif dévideur comprenant des éléments de serrage rotatifs de vitesse périphérique variable, monté à la suite d'un dispositif de tissage. Le dispositif dévideur comprend deux disques (5) d'axe de rotation de préférence perpendiculaire au plan des conducteurs individuels (K), au moins l'un de ces disques (S, S') étant entraîné, cependant qu'il est prévu au moins un dispositif de maintien en position (N) monté radialement et déplaçable à l'encontre des disques (S, S'). Les disques (S, S') sont déplaçables de préférence dans le plan des conducteurs individuels (K) perpendiculairement à leur sens de déplacement. Le dispositif de maintien en position est monté pivotant de préférence dans l'axe de rotation des disques. L'angle de pivotement est avantageusement d'au moins 180°. Des rayons de courbure différents sont formés pour les câbles composites, en raison du fait que, par déplacement latéral de l'ensemble de disques (S, S'), les conducteurs individuels (K) sortant du métier à tisser sont extraits par déplacement sur différents rayons des disques.
