Claims (8)

1. Dispositif d'alimentation pour fils de trame, de chaîne ou similaires sur des machines textiles, lequel comprend un ensemble de disques disposés sur un arbre pouvant être entraîné en rotation, cet ensemble étant formé d'un premier disque rigidement solidaire dudit arbre et d'un second disque pouvant coulisser axialement sur cet arbre et qui présente des nervures disposées radialement de manière à former un cône dans le sens radial par rapport à l'arbre, lesdites nervures s'élargissant vers la périphérie du disque et pouvant s'engager dans des ouvertures correspondantes prévues à cet effet dans le premier disque, de telle sorte que la distance entre les disques puisse être modifiée et déterminée grâce à un dispositif de réglage et de blocage prévu sur la machine textile, afin que le fil d'alimentation de cette machine, qui est guidé par les nervures coniques, se trouve sur la circonférence active desdites nervures, ce dispositif d'alimentation étant caractérisé par le fait que le premier disque (3) présente également des nervures coniques (5) orientées vers l'arbre (1) et vers le second disque (4), lesquelles s'engagent dans des ouvertures correspondantes du second disque (4) monté non-rotatif et à coulissement sur l'arbre (1), et que ce dispositif de réglage et de blocage (14) se compose d'un levier coudé (12) monté pivotant sur la machine textile, l'un des bras (13) de ce levier coudé coopérant avec une vis de réglage (16) prévue sur la machine textile, tandis que l'autre bras (10) du levier coudé est à son tour monté pivotant sur le second disque coulissant (4) dudit ensemble de disques (2).
2. Dispositif d'alimentation selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le levier (11) est monté pivotant sur un axe (12) situé dans un plan qui intersecte perpendiculairement l'arbre (1),
3. Dispositif d'alimentation selon l'une ou l'autre des Revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu entre les disques (3,4) de l'ensemble de disques (2) un ressort de compression précontraint (18) qui entoure l'arbre (1) et réagit contre les disques (3,4),
4. Dispositif d'alimentation selon la Revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que les disques (3,4) présentent des cavités (17) destinées à recevoir ledit ressort de compression (18).
5. Dispositif d'alimentation selon l'une quelconque des Revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu aur l'arbre (1) un roulement (8) disposé entre le disque coulissant (4) et le bras de levier (10) associé au disque coulissant.
6. Dispositif d'alimentation selon la Revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le roulement prévu (8) est un roulement de butée, à épaulement ou similaire,
7. Dispositif d'alimentation selon l'une ou l'autre des Revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que le disque coulissant (4) présente une saillie (7) en forme de moyeu, pourvue d'une cavité pour y loger le roulement (8),
8. Dispositif d'alimentation selon l'une quelconque des Revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le roulement (8) est relié par l'intermédiaire d'un arceau (9) en forme d'U au bras de levier (10) du levier coudé (11) qui se trouve du côté du disque coulissant (4).
