Abstract
In dem Lasermodul wird ein Anteil der Strahlung einer Laserdiode (LD) über Strahlteiler (T1, T2) einem ersten Detektor (D1) bzw. einem Etalon (E) und einem zweiten Detektor (D2) zugeführt. Das Etalon besitzt eine periodische Transmissionskurve, wobei der Abstand der Transmissionsmaxima durch den Free Spectral Range (FSR) gegeben ist. Durch einen Abgleich einer gewichteten Differenz der Detektorströme auf null ist es möglich, das Lasermodul auf Wellenlängen zu stabilisieren, die sich jeweils um den FSR unterscheiden. Damit ergibt sich ein besonders einfacher, kompakter und zugleich kostengünstiger Aufbau.
