Abstract

L'invention concerne une carte d'ordinateur personnel (PC), comprenant une plate-forme d'antenne escamotable sur laquelle est monté au moins un composant, tel qu'un processeur de bande de base, pouvant exécuter des traitements numériques. Le positionnement du composant, qui exécute le traitement numérique, près de l'antenne élimine de recours à une connexion souple et chère qui serait requise si, par exemple, ladite plate-forme comprenait uniquement des composants H.F. Lorsque la plate-forme sort partiellement par coulissement du logement de la carte PC, elle met automatiquement le dispositif sous tension; lorsque ladite plate-forme rentre par coulissement dans le logement de la carte PC, elle met automatiquement de dispositif hors tension. Cette plate-forme peut également être complètement retirée de la carte PC et remplacée par une extension.
