Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un bandage absorbant pour blessures et un bandage absorbant pour blessures qui est destiné au traitement des blessures postopératoires purulentes à cicatrisation lente; grâce à leurs bonnes propriétés hygroscopiques, ces bandages empêchent l'absorption des substances toxiques dans le sang et contribuent à réduire la durée de guérison. Selon l'invention, on obtient le bandage à base d'une matière carbonée tissée activée par l'imprégnation d'un tissu de base en viscose avec un polysiloxane, suivie de séchage, de carbonisation dans un environnement inerte accompagnée d'un réchauffage jusqu'à une température entre 180° et 600 °C et d'une activation par la vapeur d'eau avec un réchauffage à 930°, avec refroidissement subséquent. Avant la carbonisation, le tissu est soumis à une relaxation, accompagnée d'un réchauffage à 150° et d'une déformation allant jusqu'à -10 %. La matière carbonée ainsi obtenue est réduite en poudre, imprégnée de latex, séchée et découpée le long des lignes de séparation de manière à obtenir des bandages absorbants. Le bandage ainsi obtenu a une surface spécifique entre 600 et 2500 m2/g, une résistance électrique entre 3,5 et 10,5 Ohm, une capacité d'absorption de l'humidité entre 300 et 500 % et une perméabilité à l'air entre 100 et 150 dm3/m/2/s.
