Abstract

Bislang werden bei der optischen Nahfeldmikroskopie zur Führung der eingesetzten Strahlung Optiken verwendet, die zumindest zum Teil aus Glasfasern oder Linsen zusammengesetzt sind. Die Wellenlängenabhängigkeit der Absorption insbesondere bei Glasfasern sowie die Linsenfehler wirken sich insbesondere dann problematisch aus, wenn wechselnde Wellenlängen eingesetzt werden sollen. Die neue Vorrichtung weist eine allein aus Spiegeln (10, 11) bestehende fokussierende Optik (9) auf, deren Fokuspunkt auf die Apertur einer Nahfeldsondenspitze (18) ausrichtbar oder ständig ausgerichtet ist. Spiegeloptiken weisen weder eine nennenswerte Absorption noch chromatische Fehler auf, so dass eine Verschiebung des Fokuspunktes aufgrund einer Wellenlängenänderung nicht erfolgt. Die fokussierende Optik (9) kann als abbildende Optik ausgelegt sein, so dass sie als Objektiv eines optischen Mikroskops verwendbar ist. Durch eine kompakte Bauweise mit Integration der Nahfeldsonde (15) und der fokussierenden Optik (9) in einem Gehäuse kann ein in einem Objektivrevolver eines optischen Mikroskops einsetzbares Wechselobjektiv bereitgestellt werden.
