Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour préparer une femme enceinte à l'accouchement et faciliter l'accouchement lui-même, qui comporte un corps dilatable allongé (1) expansible dans sa totalité et que l'on peut positionner dans la zone de sortie du canal utéro-vaginal de sorte qu'il se trouve en partie à l'intérieur et en partie à l'extérieur du vagin. Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du corps dilatable (1) se trouvant hors du vagin lors de l'utilisation présente un élargissement allongé (4) perpendiculaire au corps dilatable (1) qui, placé contre les lèvres externes, sert à délimiter la position la plus profonde du corps dilatable (1).
