Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et concerne notamment des systèmes permettant de refermer et de cicatriser les surfaces de blessures ayant diverses étiologies. Ces systèmes permettent d'accélérer le processus de réparation, et d'assurer une protection contre les processus infectieux et l'apparition de cicatrices. Ce procédé de fermeture et de cicatrisation de surfaces de blessures consiste à placer un système réparateur à la surface de la blessure, lequel système se présente soit sous forme de cire d'abeille appliquée à la surface d'un support, soit sous forme de cire d'abeille disposée dans les pores du support, soit sous forme de cire d'abeille en film ou en granules, soit encore sous forme de cire d'abeille et/ou de matière de base de cire sous forme de particules, de plaques ou de réseau. Le revêtement permettant de mettre en oeuvre ce procédé se présente soit sous forme d'une couche de cire d'abeille, soit sous forme de plaques liées l'une à l'autre par leurs bords, soit sous forme d'un réseau se composant de cire d'abeille et/ou de matière de base de cire. Le bandage adhésif comprend un support adhésif ainsi qu'une couche de cire d'abeille et/ou de matière de base de cire appliquée sur ce dernier.
