Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire une préparation particulaire contenant des dérivés d'amidon. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir des préparations particulaires à haute teneur en dérivés d'amidon, à partir de systèmes liquides contenant des dérivés d'amidon de ce type. Ces préparations présentent un spectre granulaire adapté à un traitement ultérieur dans des agents de lavage et de nettoyage solides. Ce procédé consiste essentiellement à a) disposer d'une suspension contenant, dans un mélangeur, un mélange d'un dérivé d'amidon, d'un solvant liquide et d'un matériau support solide, ledit solvant dissolvant au moins proportionnellement le dérivé d'amidon, b) sécher la suspension avec de la vapeur surchauffée, à une pression inférieure à 900 mbar et à une température de séchage située dans la plage entre 40 °C et sous 100 °C., c) refroidir le produit de mélange ainsi obtenu à une température inférieure à la température de séchage, puis d) former des granulés lors du processus de séchage, ou respectivement lors du refroidissement du produit de mélange ou de la masse fondue se formant éventuellement.
