DESCRIPTION DE L'ART ANTERIEURThe present invention relates to the field of metal framework and more particularly to ready-to-mount assemblies of cold-profiled steel building frames and their constituent elements such as their walls and their ventilation system. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
In particular, patent EP 0 159 583 (MENGERINGHAUSEN) describes assembly means or nodes for securing several profiles of “square” section for the production of buildings. Patent EP 0 864 702 (BOCQUET) relates to a building frame made with "C" profiles, mounted back to back. Patent GB 2,147,025 (PRECISION METAL FORMING) describes a set of metal profiles for the production of building frames; these profiles have characteristics different from those which are the subject of this patent application. Furthermore, their assembly is done by welding. US Pat. No. 4,275,534 (PORTER) describes a metal structure for the production of a hexagonal house by means of profiles to form a frame receiving prefabricated panels of the “sandwich” type.
US 4 275 534) .The Applicant has nevertheless noted that such buildings have several drawbacks, namely that: - the frames described in the previous arch consist of different elements for each constituent of the frame. Indeed, several profiles participate in the mounting of the frame which results in a rohibitive additional cost (EP 0 159 583 & EP 0 864 702). the panels ensuring the walls and partitions of such buildings are sensitive to mealworms and various insects which have the drawback of eating away at all the insulators over a very short period, and are sanitary speaking unsatisfactory (US 4,275,534).
DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION Partant de cet état de fait, la demanderesse a mené des recherches sur un ensemble prêt à monter d'ossature de bâtiment en acier profilé à froid, facile à monter et utilisant le minimum de pièces différentes, pour la réalisation d'une charpente complète afin d'en minimiser le coût de conception, de réalisation et d'installation et de créer une gamme de bâtiments adoptant une telle ossature.- such buildings, in particular for animal husbandry applications, require adequate ventilation, which is not always the case. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION On the basis of this fact, the applicant has carried out research on a ready-to-assemble assembly of a cold-formed steel building frame, easy to assemble and using the minimum of different parts, for the realization of '' a complete framework in order to minimize the cost of design, construction and installation and to create a range of buildings adopting such a framework.
The Applicant has also carried out research aimed at making a building capable of receiving walls allowing easy washing for sanitary reasons, resistant to depredation by insects and rodents as well as allowing ventilation adapted to animal husbandry inside said building. .
To achieve this goal, the Applicant has imagined a ready-to-assemble assembly of cold-formed steel metal framework constituting the posts, purlins, trusses, beams, ivy, diagonals, etc., of a building, remarkable in that the posts, purlins, beams and trusses consist of at least one base profile adopting the same shape.
This characteristic is particularly advantageous in that it limits the number of components constituting said framework and, consequently, reduces the cost of manufacturing such a structure. This arrangement therefore limits the number of tools for producing the profiles and facilitates the integration of the fixing holes in the profile, thus allowing production to be accelerated. The use of --a same shape αe profile also has the advantage of requiring a single type of attachment namely bolts of the same diameter limiting the number of tools required for mounting said frame. This effort to confer on both the parts to be mounted and the mounting accessories makes it possible to envisage a metal frame at a lower cost and easier to assemble than those of the already existing frames. Another advantage is to be able to easily model all types of buildings from the same profile, which makes it possible to envisage a range of buildings adopting said framework.
Thus, according to a preferred embodiment, the framework is remarkable in that the profiles, making for example the posts and the trusses, are made up of said basic profiles mounted two by two, from certain building dimensions.
According to a particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, said profile consists of a symmetrical structure adopting the general shape of a capital sigma, the conventionally triangular central part of which consists of two flat parts each linked to a branch of said sigma and - going inwardly j profile so as to join by means of a trapezoid, the branches of said sigma adopting a flat return towards the inside of the profile.
Another object of the invention is the ventilation system of a building frame assembly according to the invention.
BRÈVE DESCRIPTION DES DESSINSThe fundamental concepts of the invention having just been set out above in their most basic form, other details and characteristics will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the accompanying drawings, giving as 'nonlimiting example, _-n embodiment of a metal frame and a building adopting such a frame according to the invention. DESCRIPTION DES MODES DE RÉALISATION PRÉFÉRÉSDESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 1 and 3, the ready-to-assemble assembly of a cold-formed steel building frame consists of posts 100, purlins 200, trusses 300, beams 400, liernes 500 , with diagonals 600. This frame referenced O as a whole, is remarkable in that the posts 100, purlins 200, trusses 300 and beams 400 consist of at least one profile referenced 700 adopting the same shape. In fact, according to a preferred but nonlimiting embodiment of the invention, the aforementioned components of the framework O consist of one or more sections 700 of the same shape.
Thus, according to the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the posts 100 and the trusses 300 are made up of two sections 700 mounted facing each other.
Their assembly nodes appear in more detail in Figures 2a and 2b. As illustrated in the drawing of Figure 2a representing the node of assembly of a post 100, a farm 300 and a fault 200 (see FIG. 1), the farm 300 and the post 100 are made up of substantially identical sections 700 assembled opposite.
As illustrated, the profiles 700 are pre-drilled, at their ends, with holes allowing not only their fixing together vis-à-vis but also their assembly with the other components of the frame O also formed from profiles 700 .
The sections 700 mounted facing each other are advantageously linked by means of two fixing plates 810 and 820 coming from either side of the sections 700, threaded rods 800 coming from passing through said plates 810 and 820 and said sections 700, so as to ensure not only the fixing of the sections 700 between them but also the fixing of the section or sections 700 to other components by screwing.
Selon le mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux imaginé par la demanderesse, ces plaques de fixation 810 et 820 permettent également l'assemblage des poteaux 100 et des fermes 300 formés par des paires de profilés 700.According to the particularly advantageous embodiment imagined by the applicant, these fixing plates 810 and 820 also allow the assembly of posts 100 and trusses 300 formed by pairs of profiles 700.
Selon le mode de réalisation illustré par les figuresAccording to the embodiment illustrated by the figures
2a et 2b, les faces des plaques de fixation 820 orientées vers l'intérieur de l'ossature O comportent des platines de fixation 821 des autres composants de l'ossature O telles les diagonales 600 ou les pannes 200.2a and 2b, the faces of the fixing plates 820 oriented towards the inside of the frame O comprise fixing plates 821 of the other components of the frame O such as the diagonals 600 or the purlins 200.
The two frames O of Figures 1 and 3 perfectly show the modularity of the ready-to-assemble frame assembly and therefore of the buildings imagined by the applicant. Indeed, the frame assembly O disclosed in Figure 3 includes posts 100 and trusses 300 composed of a single profile 700 while the frame assembly O illustrated in Figure 1 which is a building frame larger, includes posts 100 and trusses 300 composed of sections 700 assembled in pairs opposite.
The studies and the choice of the profile 700 allowing such modularity led the applicant to the definition of the profile illustrated in FIG. 5. As illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 5, said profile 700 adopts the general shape of a capital sigma comprising a body 710 and two branches 720 and 730 parallel to each other and perpendicular to said body 710 , the latter consisting of at least two flat surfaces 711 and 712 which, perpendicular to said branches 720 and 730, are linked on the one hand to one of their ends to the latter, and on the other hand, to the other end of a trapezoid 713 connecting them in the central part, the two branches 720 and 730 being preformed so as to each adopt a return 721 and 731 formed by a flat surface parallel to the flat surfaces 711 and 712 making up said body 710. As illustrated in the drawing in short dashed lines, the profiles 700 are mounted in pairs facing each other so that the flat surfaces of the returns 721 and 731 of each profile 700 are supported one on the other.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, said returns 721 and 731 are of length less than the length of the flat surfaces 711 and 712 of the body 710 of the profile 700 so that a threaded rod 800 such as those illustrated in Figures 2a and 2b can pass through said flat surface of the body and join the flat surface of the body of the profile 700 mounted opposite without the flat return surface 721 or 731 becoming an obstacle and must be pierced.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the ready-to-mount structure O of building type of that receiving external walls 900 is remarkable in that the external walls are made of panels 900 of the "sandwich" type "
The choice of this type of panel was determined to meet the criteria for protecting walls against insects, in particular mealworms as well as against rodents liable to enter the building. A sandwich panel has the advantage of avoiding any damage or wear from this type of pest and gives so this type of building, a possibility of cleaning which differentiates it from other constructions.
As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 4a and 4b, the applicant has imagined a ventilation system particularly suitable for the building for raising animals. Thus, according to a particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the upper part of at least one outer wall 900 is provided with at least one ventilation flap 910 with an adjustable position so as to create a regulated incoming air flow. The presence of these ventilation flaps 910 at the top of the sandwich type panels 900 has the advantage of not allowing creeping insects or rodents to enter the building. According to the preferred embodiment illustrated in Figures 4a and 4b, the ventilation flaps 910 are placed just below the roof of the building. An advantage of the presence of these ventilation flaps 910 in the upper part of the panels 900 and near the roof lies in its interactivity with the angle of the roof. Indeed, as illustrated by the arrows coming inside the building, the air flow is deflected and directed so as to create speeds adapted to the level of animals inside the building. The embodiment illustrated in Figure 4a shows a building adopting a metal frame O and a roof having a slope of 25%.
The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4b presents a building adopting a metallic framework O and a roof having a slope of 35%. As illustrated, the building is remarkable in that it comprises, in the upper part of the roof, at least one ventilation window 920, the opening of which is adjustable so as to create a regulated outgoing air flow whose speed is adapted according to the needs .
This last embodiment has the particularity that the shutters 910 cooperate with the window or windows 920 formed in the upper part of the roof of the building, which makes it possible to envisage ventilation. dynamic with ^ air flow entering through the flaps 910 and an air flow exiting through the window 920.
En dehors de son rôle de soutien et d'appui des parois 900 ainsi que oe a pente définie par ses fermes ^ 300 l'ossature O peut participer activement a la ventilation au bâtiment en ce que ^es pannes 200 αe ladite ossature O sont positionnées de façon a ce que le flux d'air entrant par les volets 910 et suivant le pourcentage de _a pente de la toiture soit inaccessible, ou casse etApart from its role of support and support for the walls 900 as well as the slope defined by its trusses ^ 300 the frame O can actively participate in the ventilation to the building in that the purlins 200 at said frame O are positioned so that the air flow entering through the flaps 910 and according to the percentage of the slope of the roof is inaccessible, or breaks and
10 reoriente vers le bas et 1 ' intérieur du bâtiment de sorte que _e flux d'air soit dirige de façon précise sur la surface d'élevage et ne soit pas directement aspire par la fenêtre 920 ménagée en haut de toiture10 directs downwards and inside the building so that the air flow is directed precisely onto the rearing surface and is not directly sucked in through the window 920 formed at the top of the roof
The drawing αe _a Figure 6 -.ilustre 1 articulation l-> realxsee between the flap 910 and the outer wall 900. Thus, according to a particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the articulation between said ventilation flap 910 and said outer wall 900 is produced by means of two articulation profiles 920 0 and 930. a first articulation profile 920 rises at the upper end of the outer wall 900 formed by said flap 910, ..edit profile 920 comprising on the one hand a reception area 921 of said end αe outer wall 900. for fixing purposes and on the other hand, a male part 922 constituted by a flat profit defining an internal rib and an exterior rib to the framework O to which χl is linked,
- un deuxième profile d'articulation 930 monte a- a second articulation profile 930 goes up to
30 l'extrémité inférieure dudit volet de ventilation 910, ledit profilé 930 comprenant d'une part une zone d accueil 931 de ladite extrémité inférieure dudit volet de ventilation 910 a des fins de fixation et, d'autre part, une partie femelle comportant au moins deux surfaces30 the lower end of said ventilation flap 910, said profile 930 comprising on the one hand a reception area 931 of said lower end of said ventilation flap 910 for fixing purposes and, on the other hand, a female part comprising at minus two surfaces
Bien entendu, les positions intermédiaires pourront être assurées et maintenues par un moyen quelconque de mise en mouvement.3 planes 932 and 933 linked by one of their ends and forming an angle by means of their second end, said surfaces 932 and 933 come from either side of _a maie part 922 and are arranged so that the flap 910 moves from one position (not shown) vertical coplanar with the outer wall 900 in an extreme inclined position in which a first planar surface 932 of the female part is in plane support on the outside side of the male part 922, said flap 910 being retained by the other planar surface 933 in contact on the inner side of said male part 922, in an inclined position as illustrated where the second planar surface 933 is in plane support on the inside side of said male part 922, said flap 910 being retained by the first planar surface 932 in contact with the outside of the male part 922. Of course, the intermediate positions can be ensured and maintained by any means of setting in motion.
The articulation of the ventilation flap 910 is particularly advantageous in that it is produced by two very simple sections 930 and 920. Also, the cost of installing the ventilation system by means of pivoting shutters is reduced.
It is understood that the ready-to-mount assembly of a building structure in profiled steel with its ventilation system for the breeding of animals, which has just been described and shown above, was for a disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the above example, without departing from the scope of the invention taken in its broadest aspects and spirit.
Thus, for example, the applicant has imagined that the flaps 910 formed in the “sandwich” panels 900 have an opening controlled and adjustable by a motorized drive means.
