Definitions
- the present invention relates to the improvement of a method for deburring large flat parts, such as in particular deburring and deburring of flame-cut parts. It is known that the current methods of manual deburring by grinding are dangerous and tedious, that the grinding devices by abrasive belt are expensive and often ineffective and that the blasting methods are ineffective for large burrs. It is to these drawbacks that the present invention more specifically intends to remedy.
- the deburring process by brushing comprises a particular device for mounting metal brushes on a treatment head guaranteeing the attack of the burrs of the parts from all angles, whatever the geometric complexity of the part to be treated, and with sufficient power transmitted to the brushes.
- the device is characterized in that it comprises, a plurality of diametrically opposite brushes two by two, mounted on a rotary drive head and driven in rotation on themselves in successively opposite directions, relative to a fictitious fixed reference point, so as to allow the burrs of a complex part to be attacked from all angles and in all directions, during a linear drive of the latter, carried out by a conveyor belt on which it is asked.
