Abstract
Einschraubventil mit einem im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Einschraubteil (1), der ein Aussengewinde zum Einschrauben in eine Ventilaufnahme aufweist, und mit einem an den Einschraubteil angrenzenden, mit diesem einstückigen Flanschteil (2), der mit einer zentralen Bohrung zum Durchtritt einer Ventilspindel (5) versehen ist, wobei der Einschraubteil (1) einen Sitz (9) für einen von der Ventilspindel (5) gesteuerten Ventilkegel (10) bildet und im Bereich zwischen dem Sitz und dem Aussengewinde radiale Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen (17) aufweist, die von einem auf die Aussenseite des Einschraubteiles aufgebrachten zylindrischen Filtersieb (18) überdeckt sind, das sich an zentralen Stegen (19) des Einschraubteiles (1) abstützt, welche sich in Umfangsrichtung zwischen den Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen erstrecken, wobei ein Fluidein- oder -auslassteil vorgesehen ist, der einen im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Körper (20) mit einem Aussengewindeabschnitt (20') zum Einschrauben in eine stirnseitige Öffnung des Einschraubteiles hat und an seinem freien Stirnende (20'') geschlossen und diesem Ende benachbart mit radialen Druckfluiddurchtrittsöffnungen (21) versehen ist, die von einem auf die Aussenseite des Fluidein- oder -auslassteiles aufgebrachte zylindrische Filtersieb (22) überdeckt sind, das sich an in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden zentralen Stegen (23) abstüzt, welche sich zwischen den Durchtrittsöffnungen des Fluidein- oder -auslassteiles erstrecken.
Description
Einschraubventil
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einschraubventil mit einem im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Einschraubteil, der ein Außengewinde zum Einschrauben in eine Ventilaufnähme aufweist, und mit einem an den Einschraubteil angrenzenden Flanschteil, der mit einer zentralen Bohrung zum Durchtritt einer Ventilspindel versehen ist, wobei der Einschraubteil einen Sitz für einen von der Ventilspindel gesteuerten Ventilkegel bildet und im Bereich zwischen der Ringkante und dem Außengewinde radiale Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen aufweist.
Derartige Einschraubventile sind beispielsweise aus der AT-B 397.135 bekannt und werden in der Steuerung von hydraulikgetriebenen Hubzylindern für Scherentische, von Hub- und Schwenkzylindern für Gelenk-Laderampen od.dgl. verwendet. Die Steuerung ist dabei zwischen Hydraulikpumpe und Sammelbehälter einerseits sowie Hubraum des Hubzylinders anderseits eingeschaltet und wirkt im einfachsten Fall als entsperrbares Rückschlagventil mit gesondertem Ablaßweg. Bei derartigen Ventilen stellen die Fluidauslaß- und -einlaßöffnungen Problemzonen dar, weil in diesen Öffnungen meist Filter vorgesehen werden, die sich mit längerer Betriebsdauer unter dem Mediumdruck verformen und zersetzen.
Die Erfindung setzt sich zum Ziel, diesen Nachteil zu ver- meiden und erreicht dies dadurch, daß die Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen des Einschraubteiles von einem auf die Außenseite des Einschraubteiles aufgebrachten zylindrischen Filtersieb überdeckt sind, das sich an zentralen Stegen des Einschraubteiles abstützt, welche sich in Umfangsrichtung zwischen den Fluid- durchtrittsöffnungen erstrecken, und daß ein Fluidein- oder -auslaßteil vorgesehen ist, der einen im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Körper mit einem Außengewindeabschnitt zum Einschrauben in eine stirnseitige Öffnung des Einschraubteiles hat, wobei der Ein- oder Auslaßteil an seinem freien Stirnende geschlossen und diesem Ende benachbart mit radialen Druckfluiddurchtritts- öffnungen versehen ist, die von einem auf die Außenseite des Fluidein- oder -auslaßteiles aufgebrachte zylindrische Filtersieb überdeckt sind, das sich an in Umfangsrichtung verlaufen-
den zentralen Stegen abstützt, welche sich zwischen den Durchtrittsöffnungen des Fluidein- oder -auslaßteiles erstrecken.
Durch diese Konstruktion wird jeder Gefahr einer Verformung des Siebkörpers unter dem Fluiddruck hintangehalten und ein einwandfreier Ventilbetrieb sichergestellt, weil eine Verschmutzung des Ventilinneren verhindert wird.
Die Erfindung wird an Hand eines in der Zeichnung im Axialschnitt dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles des erfindungsgemäßen Einschraubventiles näher erläutert. Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Einschraubventil setzt sich im wesentlichen aus einem rohrförmigen Einschraubteil 1, einem an diesen angrenzenden Flanschteil 2, einer in den Flanschteil 2 eingeschraubten Betätigungseinrichtung 3 und einer im Einschraubteil 1 angeordneten, axial verschiebbaren Spindelhülse 4 zusammen. Der Einschraubteil 1 ist mit einem Außengewinde zum Einschrauben in eine (nicht dargestellte) Ventilaufnähme versehen, in die Fluidleitungen münden, welche auf diese Weise mit den (später beschriebenen) Ventilanschlüssen im Einschraubteil 1 in Fluidverbindung treten. Der Flanschteil 2 ist außenseitig in Form einer Sechskantmutter ausgebildet, um den Angriff eines Werkzeuges zu ermöglichen.
Im Inneren der Spindelhülse 4 ist eine Ventilspindel 5 axial verschiebbar gelagert, auf welche die Betätigungseinrichtung 3 einwirkt. Letztere setzt sich aus zwei Kernen 6 und 7 aus magnetisierbarem Material zusammen, von denen der eine Kern 6 im Gehäuse der Betätigungseinrichtung 3 fest montiert ist und der andere Kern 7 in diesem Gehäuse gleitend geführt und gegen den Kern 6 mittels einer Druckfeder 8 vorgespannt ist. Eine (nicht dargestellte) Magnetspule ist auf das Gehäuse der Betä- tigungseinrichtung 3 aufgeschoben und bewirkt bei elektrischer Anspeisung eine Anziehung der Kerne 6 und 7 und damit ein Anheben der Ventilspindel 5.
An der Innenseite des Einschraubteiles 1 ist eine Ringkante 9 ausgebildet, die gemeinsam mit der kegelstumpfförmigen Außenfläche 10 der auf der Spindel 5 axial verschiebbar gelagerten Spindelhülse 4 den Ventilspalt eines entsperrbaren vorgesteuerten Rückschlagventiles bildet. Die Spindelhülse 4 ist mit Hilfe einer nicht gezeigten Druckfeder gegen ein kegelför-
miges Spindelende 13 vorgespannt, welches in der Schließstellung des Ventiles eine Stirnbohrung 14 in der Spindelhülse 4 verschließt. Die Bohrung 14 verbindet den Druckraum auf der einen Seite des Ventilspaltes 9, 10 mit dem Inneren 16 der Spindelhülse 4, das über eine weitere Bohrung 15 mit dem Druckraum auf der anderen Seite des Ventilspaltes 9, 10 in Verbindung steht. Der Druckraum oberhalb des Ventilspaltes 9, 10 stellt über radiale Fluiddurchtrittsbohrungen 17 im Einschraubteil 1 einen der Arbeitsanschlüsse des Ventiles dar. Wie die Zeichnung zeigt, sind die Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen 17 des Einschraubteiles 1 von einem auf die Außenseite des Einschraubteiles 1 aufgebrachten zylindrischen Siebkörper 18 abgedeckt, der sich an Stegen 19 des Einschraubteiles 1 abstützt, welche sich in Umfangsrichtung zwischen den Durch- trittsöffnungen 17 erstrecken.
Ferner ist bei dem gezeigten Ventil am unteren Stirnende ein Fluidein- oder -auslaßteil 20 vorgesehen, der einen im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Körper mit einem Außengewindeabschnitt zum Einschrauben in eine stirnseitige Öffnung des Ein- Schraubteiles 1 hat. Der Fluideinlaß- oder -auslaßteil 20 ist an seinem freien Stirnende geschlossen und diesem Ende benachbart mit radialen Druckfluiddurchtrittsöffnungen 21 versehen, die von einem auf die Außenseite des Fluidein- oder -auslaßtei- les 20 aufgebrachte zylindrische Filtersieb 22 überdeckt sind, das sich an zentralen, in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Stegen 23 zwischen den Durchtrittsöffnungen 21 des Fluidein- oder -auslaßteiles 20 abstützt.
Im Betrieb des Ventiles als Rückschlagventil wird die Spindel 5 angehoben, d.h. das Rückschlagventil entsperrt, setzt sich der Druck am Arbeitsanschluß 17 über die Bohrungen 15 und 14 bis zur Unterseite der Spindelhülse 4 fort und hebt auf Grund der Hülsengeometrie die Hülse 4 gegen die Kraft der Feder aus ihrem Ventilsitz an der Ringkante 9.
Wird das Ventil dagegen als direkt gesteuertes oder vorge- steuertes Wechselventil, z.B. als Absenkventil, mit wechselnder Fließrichtung des Druckfluides verwendet, so strömt das Druck- fluid über die Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen 17 zu und über die Öffnungen 21 ab. In beiden Fließrichtungen bewirken die gezeig-

ten Filtersiebanordnungen, daß eine Verformung des Siebes unter dem Druckmedium verhindert und eine einwandfreie Filterung des Druckfluides gewährleistet, d.h. ein Eintritt von Fremdkörpern in das Ventil selbst verhindert wird.
Claims
Patentanspruch:
Einschraubventil mit einem im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Einschraubteil (1), der ein Außengewinde zum Einschrauben in eine Ventilaufnähme aufweist, und mit einem an den Einschraubteil (1) angrenzenden, mit diesem einstückigen Flanschteil (2) , der mit einer zentralen Bohrung zum Durchtritt einer Ventilspindel (5) versehen ist, wobei der Einschraubteil (1) einen Sitz (9) für einen von der Ventilspindel (5) gesteuerten Ven- tilkegel (10) bildet und im Bereich zwischen dem Sitz (9) und dem Außengewinde radiale Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen (17) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen (17) des Einschraubteiles (1) von einem auf die Außenseite des Einschraubteiles aufgebrachten zylindrischen Filtersieb (18) überdeckt sind, das sich an zentralen Stegen (19) des Einschraubteiles (1) abstützt, welche sich in Umfangsrichtung zwischen den Fluiddurchtrittsöffnungen (17) erstrecken, und daß ein Fluidein- oder -auslaßteil vorgesehen ist, der einen im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Körper (20) mit einem Außengewindeab- schnitt (20') zum Einschrauben in eine stirnseitige Öffnung des Einschraubteiles (1) hat, wobei der Ein- oder Auslaßteil (20) an seinem freien Stirnende (20") geschlossen und diesem Ende benachbart mit radialen Druckfluiddurchtrittsöffnungen (21) versehen ist, die von einem auf die Außenseite des Fluidein- oder -auslaßteiles (20) aufgebrachte zylindrische Filtersieb (22) überdeckt sind, das sich an in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden zentralen Stegen (23) abstützt, welche sich zwischen den Durchtrittsöffnungen (21) des Fluidein- oder -auslaßteiles (20) erstrecken.
