Abstract

Das Problem der Erfindung ist es, einen einteiligen Kunststoffverschluß, insbesondere aus PE-Material zu schaffen, der ohne besondere Toleranzanforderungen auf einen gefüllten Behälter aufsetzbar ist, und dabei gleichzeitig die weiteren, teilweise widersprüchlichen Forderungen erfüllt, in wenigen Schritten herstellbar - formbar und aus einer Gußform entformbar - und nach Gebrauch recyclefähig zu sein, sowie die Garantiefunktion und die Dichtungsfunktion für den verschlossenen Behälter gleichermaßen zuverlässig zu gewährleisten. Die Lösung besteht in einer Verschlußkappe mit einem verlängerten Garantieband (6) und einer verlängerten, d.h. über den Rand des Behälterhalses in die Öffnung hineinreichenden Innendichtung (7), die durch einen trichter- oder glockenförmigen Fortsatz am freien Ende des verlängerten Garantiebands, eine trichterförmige Außenfläche an der verlängerten Innendichtung, und eine mittlere Gebrauchsfestigkeit des Kunststoffmaterials der einteiligen Verschlußkappe (insbesondere Festigkeit des PE-Materials) gekennzeichnet ist, derart, daß der trichter- oder glockenförmige Garantieband-Fortsatz auf dem Haltekragen des gefüllten Behälters nicht untergreifbar aufsitzt und die trichterförmige Innendichtungs-Außenfläche elastisch andrückbar am Behälterhals anliegt.
