- a method for skimming oil spilled on water which includes the steps of sucking an oil film and water using a suction force generated by a main pump and an ejector with respect to a floating oil widely spread on water based on a floating type multiple aperture suction means floating at a predetermined height, and separating the oil and water of the mixed liquid sucked by the suction means based on a specific gravity difference in an open separation tank having its opened portion and automatically discharging the separated water through the opened portion of the open separation tank.
