Abstract

The invention relates to a pre-assembly component unit (11) for the body (10) of a motor vehicle, characterized especially by the low cost of parts and assembly and simultaneous improved vibration resistance and positional accuracy for the headlight system. To this end the invention provides for a housing (31) to be embodied in a monobloc manner in the holding frame (12) of the component unit (11). Nachteilig bei einer derartigen Ausbildung ist, daß ei- ne Vielzahl von Einzelbauteilen miteinander zu montieren und relativ zueinander zu justieren sind. Um eine rüttelfeste Scheinwerferfixierung zu gewährleisten weist die Rastverbindung eine relativ aufwendig gestaltete Formgebung auf. Dadurch bilden die Flanschelemente 21 ein einstückig an der Haltevorrichtung 12 angeformtes und zu beiden Seiten hin offenes Gehäuse 31 aus, das der Aufnahme von Einzelteilen eines Scheinwerfers dient. An der Innenwandung des Gehäuses 31 sind Führungskonsolen 32 ausgebildet, in die ein Reflektorgehäuse 33 eines Hauptscheinwerfers 13 (Fig.l ), das mit entsprechenden Armierungen versehen ist, eingesetzt wird. Das Reflektorgehäuse 33 des Hauptscheinwerfers 13 ist behälterförmig ausgebildet, an seiner in Fahrtrichtung R liegenden Vorderseite geöffnet und weist an seiner Bodenfläche eine Aufnahmeöffnung für ein separat einzusetzendes, nicht dargestelltes Leuchtmittel auf. Ferner ist das Reflektorgehäuse 33 auf seiner Rückseite mit einer nicht erkennbaren Gewindebohrung ausgestattet, in die exemplarisch eine an der Haltevorrichtung 12 angeordnete Ver- stellschraube 34 eingeschraubt ist. Über diese Verstell- schraube 34 erfolgt im an eine Karosserie 10 montierten Zustand der Baueinheit 11 die Justierung eines Hauptscheinwerfers 13. Das an den Flanschelementen 21 ausgebildete Gehäuse 31 ist durch eine Trennwand in zwei benachbarte Kammern aufgeteilt. Während in der ersten Kammer das Reflektorgehäuse 33 des Hauptscheinwerfers 13 untergebracht ist, ist die zweite Kammer zur Aufnahme eines Blinklichtreflektors 36 der Blinkleuchte 14 (Fig.l) vorgesehen. Dieser Blinklichtreflektor 36 muß später nicht eingestellt werden und kann damit ortsfest in das Gehäuse 31 ein- geklipst werden.
