Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung für die Erzeugung eines Aerosols. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Partikelbildner auf eine Seite einer durchlässigen Wand aufgebracht und mit Hilfe eines die Wand durchströmenden Druckgases unter Bildung der Fluidpartikel durch die Wand hindurchgedrückt. Auf diese Weise lassen sich Fluidpartikelströmungen mit sehr geringer kinetischer Energie je Partikel bilden, welche z.B. zur Behandlung, insbesondere Kühlung, leicht verformbarer Gegenstände verwendet werden können. Weitere Anwendungen z.B. als Brenner basieren auf der hohen Reaktionsfähigkeit der erfindungsgemäß erzeugbaren Partikel-Gasmischungen.
