Definitions
- a pressed thermal insulation composite panel is known. This consists of a cell-like framework, into the cells or honeycomb of which highly porous insulation materials such as pyrogenic silica or granular insulation materials such as vermiculite and pearlite are pressed.
- the cells should have a cross section of 5 mm and larger. Skins made of metal, plastic, fabric, fiber fleece or paper are used as scaffolding material. Pressing the insulation materials into the cells creates a number of difficulties that are difficult to control with the thin-skinned scaffold. When the material quantity entered into a mold above the scaffold body in five times its volume is pressed, the cell walls, which otherwise have great strength, can easily be deformed in a manner which causes rejects, in particular when using granular insulation materials.
- the material pressed into the cells expands again after relaxation and emerges from the cells. Since this layer can easily crumble away and carry away material in the cells, it should be removed by brushing or scraping. This also allows material particles in the cells to crumble away. This is to be remedied on the side of the plunger facing the material and possibly in the space between the frame body and its support by an insert made of an elastic material or a cushion that can be filled with fluid media. The production is therefore dependent on a whole series of marginal conditions that hardly permit rapid production.
- the object of the invention is to provide a thermal insulation body that is easier to manufacture and also less expensive, which is also more stable and can therefore also have large panel dimensions. This object is achieved with a composite thermal insulation board or panel in accordance with the features of the independent claims. Preferred developments are the subject of the dependent claims.
- a first layer with the granular insulation materials offers a well-adhering bearing or anchoring layer for a thin, second layer of highly dispersed, microporous insulation materials that further improves the thermal insulation.
- the thermal insulation composite boards Due to the supporting structure of the building boards, the thermal insulation composite boards have a particularly high stability.
- Figure 1 is a perspective top view of a thermal insulation composite panel according to the invention.
- FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the thermal insulation composite panel according to FIG. 1 with one-sided coating
- Fig. 3 is a sectional view with coating on both sides using an adhesive layer.
- a cork stone building board consisting of crushed cork particles and clay as a binder is provided as the layer support 1.
- Polystyrene panels or cement-bonded wood fiber panels, into which the applied thermal insulation coating can penetrate during pressing, are similarly suitable in order to form a particularly good anchorage.
- a large number of corresponding depressions 1 a can already be impressed during the pressing by means of an upper tool equipped with honeycomb deep embossing molds.
- the surface of the layer support 1 can also be additionally roughened by sandblasting in order to increase the adhesive force.
- the approximately 2.5 mm thick thermal insulation layer 3 consisting primarily of vermiculite of the grain size 1, is applied and slightly pre-pressed by an upper tool having individual stamps protruding from its pressing surface (indicated by crosses in FIG. 1). These individual stamps projecting from the pressing surface of the upper tool can also be used to produce depressions 5 which penetrate the layer 3 (cf. FIG. 2).
- a thin, further layer 4 consisting of an agglomerate of 30 percent by weight of finely divided metal oxides and highly disperse, microporous silica as well as 20 percent by weight of ilmenite as an opacifying agent, is then pressed onto this first layer of insulation material 3 in a thickness of 2 mm, which in the fine-grained vermiculite layer 3 and is anchored in the depressions 5 produced by the individual stamps and offset to the depressions la.
- Predominantly building boards with smooth surfaces, such as polystyrene plates as layer support 1 can first be coated on their surfaces to be coated with an adhesive layer 2 (cf. also FIG. 3).
- All conventional building and composite building boards and panels are suitable as layer carriers 1 insofar as they withstand the relatively high pressing pressures of 1 to 10 t / m 2 .
- Those with open pores or cells are particularly suitable, since here, as with the pretreated composite panels, coating with an adhesive 2 can be largely dispensed with and nevertheless a high adhesive force is achieved by penetrating the pores.
- fine-grained thermal insulation materials are suitable for the first thermal insulation layer 3, for example:
- 0.2 to 3 percent by weight of triethanolamine can be present in this, based on the total binder composition.
- Acid putties are particularly suitable as adhesive layer 2.
- Water glass phenolic resin putties and furan resin adhesives based on silicone resins are particularly suitable for high temperature ranges.
- the z. B. mixed with water glass solution, preferably putty flours such as silicas or silicates containing water glass cement are applied in a thickness of 0.5 to 1 mm and set in a short time.
