An actuation element 23 is preferably provided above the opening 16, which closes or releases a metering device 20 or simply a valve for opening a feed line 19 by actuation. <

The metering device 20, which is designed as a simple valve, can optionally have a plurality of water outlet openings 18 in order to preferably wet the collecting basin 1 with water also in the region of the rewinding fold 17. The feed line 19 preferably runs within a rear wall 25 of the collecting basin 1.

The collecting basin 1 also has an outlet 26 in the lower region, to which a siphon 27, see FIGS. 3 and 4, can optionally be connected. Connected to the outlet 26 or the siphon 27 is a waste water line 3, which leads to a waste water connection 4 of a conventional type.

So that the basin 1 is fixed in a certain freely selectable height, it is connected to a column 6, which is provided at the end with a preferably weighted base 7. The base foot 7 is optionally formed in two or more parts, so that individual elements 9 and 10 can be moved into one another in order to change a distance of the column 6 from a connecting device 8 arranged at another end, as shown in FIG. 1 in the direction of the double arrow.

The connection device 8 is connected to a housing 12 via the individual element 9 of the base 7. An element 11 is provided within the housing 12 of the connection device 8, which element can establish a firm connection to the substrate, the housing 12 being rotatably connected to the element 11. Another special feature of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
