  • a plurality of packing members 137 are provided in the movable plate 133 and the fixing ring 134 for sealing when the hydraulic pressure is transferred to the first spacious portion 143 or the second spacious portion 143'; however, the use of the packing members 137 are not limited thereto. Various modifications thereof are available for effectively sealing the same.
  • the shape and fixing structure of the driving member 133 are disclosed as examples for implementing the embodiments of the present invention.
  • the spring 141 is used for supplying a predetermined elastic force to the opening/closing member 110; however, the position of the same may be preferably changed so that the elastic force is applied in the direction that the movable plate 133 is separated from the opening/closing member 110.

  • the sealing structures of the first and second spacious portions and the fixing structure of the movable plate of the first embodiment of the present invention are varied.

  • the fixing structure of the movable plate according to the second embodiment of the present invention will now be explained.
  • a fixing ring 134 is fixedly inserted into a groove 103 formed in an outer circumferential surface of the valve body 100 together with a snap ring 135, and a fixing plate 150 having through holes 151 and 151 ' is fixedly inserted into the groove 103 which is formed perpendicularly from the fixing ring 134.
  • the through holes 151 and 151 ' of the fixing plate 150 communicate with the first and second hydraulic paths 143 and 143' for thus supplying a hydraulic pressure to the first and second spacious portions 144 and 144' which are defined by the vertical portion 132 of the movable plate 133.
  • a spring fixing groove 104 is formed in a rear portion of the movable plate 133, so that the spring 141 elastically supports the movable plate 133 in the direction of the opening/closing member 110 between the same and the groove 103 of the valve body.
  • bellows tubes 152 and 152' are disposed in the first and second spacious portions 144 and 144' for sealing of the hydraulic pressure transferred thereinto.
  • the bellows tubes are used for sealing between the driving member and the fixed members, in contrast with the packing members of the first embodiment of the present o invention.
  • the packing member when the packing members are used, the packing member may be worn due to the friction, and should be changed.
  • the bellows tubes are used for the same purpose, it is possible to avoid the above-described problem, thereby extending the use life of the valve.
  • the first bellows tube 152 When a hydraulic pressure is transferred through the first hydraulic supply nozzle 142 when opening or blocking the valve, the first bellows tube 152 is expanded to cause the movable plate 133 to move in the direction opposed to the opening/closing member 110, and then the opening/closing member 110 is rotated in a state that the seat member 136 is separated from the opening/closing member 110, so that it is possible to rotate the opening/closing member 110 using a relatively smaller torque, and it is possible to prevent the abrasion of the seat member 136.
  • Figures 9 and 10 illustrate a ball valve to which the seat abrasion prevention apparatus according to the present invention is adapted.
  • the movable plate attached with the seat member is installed to be movable, so that the opening/closing operation of the valve is performed in a state that the seat member is separated from the opening/closing member.
  • the movable plate 133 to which the seat member 136 is attached is installed in the groove 103 of the valve body 100 together with the fixing plate 134 using the snap ring 135, and the vertical portion 132 of the movable plate 133 is elastically supported by the opening/closing member 100, namely, a ball, by using the spring 141.
  • first and second spacious portions 144 and 144' defined by the vertical portion 132 of the movable plate 133 within the groove 103 of the valve body 100 communicate with the first and second hydraulic paths 143 and 143', and a plurality of packing members 137 are disposed between the horizontal portion 131 and vertical portion 132 of the movable plate 133 and the upper and lower surfaces of the fixing ring 134, so that the interiors of the first and second spacious portions 144 and 144' are sealed.
  • the opening/closing member 11 is operated for opening/closing the valve.
  • a hydraulic pressure is transferred to the first spacious portion 144 through the first hydraulic nozzle 142, the first spacious portion 144 is expanded by the thusly transferred hydraulic pressure. Therefore, since the thusly expanding force overcomes the elastic force of the spring 141 for thus backwardly moving the movable plate 133, the seat member 136 is separated from the opening/closing member 110. Therefore, the opening/closing member 1 10 is rotatably operated, and the rotation operation of the opening/closing member 110 is performed using a smaller torque. Also, a damage or abrasion of the seat member 136 is prevented.
  • Figure 11 is an embodiment of the present invention for adapting one hydraulic supply member which is used only when the valve is blocked.
  • this embodiment only the shapes of the movable plate and the groove formed in the valve body are different from that of the previously described embodiments.
  • the movable plate 133 is fixed to the groove 103 of the valve body 100 by the snap ring 135, and a spacious portion 144 communicates with the hydraulic nozzle 142 by the hydraulic path 143 and is formed between the movable plate 133 and the groove 103, and the movable plate 133 is elastically supported in the direction opposed to the opening/closing member 110 by the spring 141 inserted into the spring fixing groove 104 formed in the movable plate 133 and disposed between the same and the snap ring 135.
  • the movable plate 133 is backwardly moved by the elastic force of the spring 141 , and the seat member 136 is separated from the opening/closing member 110. At this time, the spacious portion 103 is blocked from the hydraulic pressure.
  • the hydraulic pressure is transferred into the spacious portion 103 through the hydraulic nozzle 142.
  • the movable plate 133 overcomes the elastic force of the spring 141 and is moved to the opening/closing member 1 10, so that the seat member 136 attached to the end portion thereof closely contacts with the surface of the opening/closing member 110, thus maintaining a stable blocking state of the valve.
  • the position of the spring 141 and the hydraulic pressure nozzle 142 and the hydraulic path 143 may be changed, so that the elastic force of the spring 141 is applied to the movable plate 133 in the direction that the valve is blocked, and the hydraulic pressure may be used for separating the seat member 136 from the opening/closing member 110 during the rotation of the opening/closing member 110.
  • the butterfly which adapts a disk or the like may be preferably adapted to the embodiments of the present invention.
  • the opening/closing operation of the valve may be accomplished with a relatively smaller torque. Also, it is possible to prevent the seat from being damaged or worn due to the friction when rotating the opening/closing member by separating the seat from the opening/closing member during the opening/closing operation of the valve. In addition, it is possible to implement a stable blocking state of the valve by closely contacting the seat with the opening/closing member using the hydraulic pressure when blocking the valve.

Abstract

L'invention a trait à un dispositif séparateur pour siège dans un ensemble clapet, à même de régler la force de pression hydraulique en séparant un siège de clapet de l'élément d'ouverture/fermeture au moment de l'ouverture du clapet et en permettant au liquide de s'écouler dans l'intervalle formé entre ledit élément et le siège de clapet. L'appareil comporte un corps de clapet pourvu d'une partie d'admission et d'une partie d'évacuation à travers lesquelles s'écoule un liquide, un élément d'ouverture/fermeture à montage rotatif se trouvant entre les parties d'admission et d'évacuation du corps de clapet aux fins de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du clapet, un ensemble siège de clapet placé de manière à se trouver en contact étroit avec l'élément d'ouverture/fermeture ou bien à en être séparé et un élément mobile servant à déplacer l'ensemble siège de clapet.
