Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de production d'un élément en matière plastique multicouche, procédé dans lequel un élément en matière plastique moulé par injection est revêtu d'au moins une couche de matière plastique thermodurcissable à deux composants. Selon le procédé de l'invention, l'élément en matière plastique et la couche à deux composants sont moulés par injection, successivement et en synchronisation de cycle, dans un même outil, et le temps de réaction du plastique thermodurcissable à deux composants est adapté au temps requis pour l'injection de l'élément en matière plastique. Un dispositif de production d'un élément en matière plastique multicouche, avec utilisation d'une presse d'injection est caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, dans la presse d'injection (11), un dispositif de moulage réactif par injection (dispositif RIM) (13) pour introduire un plastique thermodurcissable à deux composants dans un outil de moulage par injection multicomposant. Il est ainsi possible d'effectuer simultanément la production d'éléments en matière plastique multicouches, en utilisant plusieurs outils, à savoir, en effectuant, dans un outil, le revêtement d'un élément en matière plastique préalablement produit, cependant que, dans un deuxième outil, on procède déjà au moulage par injection de l'élément suivant.
