Abstract
La procédé et le dispositif selon l'invention servent au transfert de pièces moulées dans la zone d'une unité de soufflage de récipients thermoplastiques. Une ébauche est acheminée vers au moins un dispositif de chauffage aux fins de mise à température et au moins vers une station de soufflage. Sur au moins une partie du trajet, les ébauches sont maintenues par un organe de préhension (33). Avant d'être saisie par l'organe de préhension (33), la pièce moulée (32) est positionnée par un organe de maintien (23), par rapport auquel un organe de positionnement (24) est installé fixe, de même qu'un organe d'orientation (17) est monté fixe par rapport à l'organe de préhension (33). En cas de mouvement relatif de l'organe de préhension (33) en direction de la pièce moulée (32) à saisir, l'organe d'orientation (17) est positionné par rapport à l'organe de positionnement (24), en sorte que l'organe de préhension (33) est aussi positionné par rapport à la pièce moulée (32). Ce procédé permet d'éviter aussi bien des détériorations matérielles que des enlèvements de matière.
