Hierdurch werden Beschädigungen und Verformungen des durch die Erwärmung weichen Vorformlings vermieden. Verfahren zur Übergabe von Formungen im Bereich einer Vorrichtung zur Blasformung von Behältern aus einem thermoplastischen Material, bei dem ein Vorformling mindestens einer Heizeinrichtung zur Temperierung und mindestens einer Blasstation zur Blasverformung zugeführt wird und bei dem die Formlinge entlang mindestens eines Teiles ihres Transportweges von einem Greifelement gehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formling (32) vor einem Zugriff des Greifelementes (33) von einem Halteelement (23) positioniert wird, relativ zu dem ortsfest ein Positionierelement (24) angeordnet wird, daß relativ zum Greifelement (33) ortsfest ein Ausrichtelement (17) angeordnet wird und daß bei einer Relativbewegung des Greifelementes (33) in Richtung auf den zu ergreifenden Formling (32) das Ausrichtelement (17) relativ zum Positionierelement (24) und damit auch das Greif- element (33) relativ zum Formling (32) positioniert wird.Method for transferring moldings in the area of a device for blow molding containers made of a thermoplastic material, in which a preform is fed to at least one heating device for temperature control and at least one blow molding station for blow molding, and in which the moldings are held by at least part of their transport path by a gripping element characterized in that the molded article (32) is positioned before the gripping element (33) is accessed by a holding element (23), a positioning element (24) is arranged relative to the stationary one, and an alignment element is fixed relative to the gripping element (33) (17) is arranged and that when the gripping element (33) moves relative to the molded article (32) to be gripped, the alignment element (17) is positioned relative to the positioning element (24) and thus also the gripping element (33) relative to the molded article (32).

Vorrichtung zur Übergabe von Formungen im Bereich einer Einrichtung zur Blasformung von Behältern aus einem thermoplastischen Material, bei der die Einrichtung zur Blasformung eine Heizeinrichtung zur Temperierung von Vorformlingen und mindestens eine Blasstation zur Blasverformung der Vorformlinge aufweist und die mit mindestens einem Greifelement versehen ist, das die Formlinge entlang mindestens eines Teiles ihres Transportweges innerhalb der Einrichtung zur Blasformung haltert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Greifelement (33) starr mit einem Ausrichtelement (17) gekoppelt ist, daß im Bereich eines den Formling (32) tragenden Halteelementes (23) ein Positionierelement (24) angeordnet ist und daß das Ausrichtelement (17) und das Greifelement (33) relativ zueinander derart angepaßt ausgebildet und relativ zueinander derart angeordnet sind, daß bei einer Relativbewegung des Greifelementes (33) in Richtung auf das Halteelement (23) durch Kontakt zwischen dem Ausrichtelement (17) und dem Positionierelement (24) eine Ausrichtung des Greifelementes (33) relativ zum Formling (32) vorgegeben ist.15.
