Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil facile à utiliser, qui indique l'état d'un pneu. Ledit appareil comprend un aimant (1) placé à l'intérieur d'une roue, qui induit (proportionnellement à sa proximité par rapport au bas de la roue) des motifs de polarisation magnétique différentiels dans l'armature (7) en acier d'un pneu (5). Lorsque le pneu n'a pas le profil qui convient parce qu'il n'est pas suffisamment gonflé, l'aimant se rapproche et la polarisation change. Alors que la roue tourne, le champ magnétique en mouvement amène un capteur non rotatif à générer des signaux qui sont traités par un dispositif électronique adapté, de sorte à en déduire l'état du pneu. Si l'état du pneu est différent d'un état prédéterminé, le capteur indique que l'état du pneu présente un danger. La polarisation est alors effacée par un autre aimant logé dans le capteur et le système est automatiquement remis à zéro pour surveiller chaque révolution du pneu. L'appareil agit ainsi comme un enregistreur à boucle sans fin qui enregistre puis efface l'état du pneu qui tourne. La fabrication et l'entretien dudit appareil sont faciles et économiques; en outre, ledit appareil est efficace.
