Abstract

Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Verfahren zur Zyklus-Sequenzierung von DNA mit Dye-Terminatoren offenbart, wobei extrem thermophile DNA-Polymerasen bei einer Kettenverlängerungstemperatur im Bereich von > 60 °C bis 80 °C verwendet werden. Weiterhin wird eine Verwendung extrem thermophiler DNA-Polymerasen bei Temperatur im Bereich von > 60 °C bis 80 °C offenbart.
