Abstract

In einem Analyseverfahren wird unter Verwendung von porösem Silicium eine Substanz bzw. deren Konzentration in einem Fluid aufgrund der Änderung der optischen Eigenschaft von porösem Silicium in Abhängigkeit von dem Brechungsindex der in dem Porenraum des porösen Siliciums vorhandenen Substanz bzw. des die Substanz enthaltenden Fluids nachgewiesen bzw. bestimmt. Eine Analyseeinrichtung zum Nachweisen einer Substanz bzw. zum Bestimmen der Konzentration einer Substanz in einem Fluid unter Verwendung von porösem Silicium umfaßt ein Bauelement, das wenigstens teilweise aus porösem Silicium vorgesehen ist, dessen optische Eigenschaft von dem Brechungsindex der Substanz bzw. des die Substanz enthaltenden Fluids abhängig ist, wobei eine Änderung der optischen Eigenschaft des porösen Siliciums als Nachweis der Substanz bzw. als Konzentrationsbestimmung derselben im Porenraum des porösen Siliciums erfaßbar ist.
