Abstract

Cette invention concerne un compresseur étanche à commande électrique lequel comprend un cylindre, une culasse montée sur le cylindre et possédant une chambre d'aspiration ainsi qu'une première et une seconde chambre de refoulement, un piston venant se loger dans le cylindre et, enfin, un mécanisme à soupapes. Ce mécanisme à soupapes comprend un silencieux d'aspiration ainsi qu'un plateau de distribution qui comporte un ou plusieurs trous d'aspiration, un premier et un second orifice de décharge, et un premier et un second trou de passage. Le premier orifice de décharge et le premier trou de passage sont en communication avec la première chambre de décharge, tandis que le second orifice de décharge et le second trou de passage sont en communication avec la seconde chambre de décharge. Le mécanisme à soupapes comprend également les éléments suivants: une première et une seconde soupape de décharge qui sont montées sur le plateau de distribution et se trouvent respectivement dans la première et la seconde chambre de décharge; une lame vibrante d'aspiration définissant une soupape flexible permettant d'ouvrir et de fermer sélectivement l'orifice d'aspiration; un joint de décharge assurant l'étanchéité du plateau de distribution et de la culasse; et enfin, un silencieux de décharge. La première et la seconde chambre de refoulement sont séparées l'une de l'autre par le joint de décharge et définissent ainsi deux espaces indépendants l'un de l'autre, tandis que le premier et le second trou de passage sont en communication avec le silencieux de décharge.
