Abstract

Ein Kastenmöbelstück, insbesondere ein Küchenmöbelschrank, weist eine in einer Öffnung (1a) der Rückwand (1) angeordnete Leuchte (2) auf, die ein Gehäuse (2a) besitzt, das sich im wesentlichen hinter der Rückwand (1) erstreckt. Es besitzt eine Lichtstreuscheibe (2b) auf der Vorderseite der Rückwand. Die Leuchte (2) durchsetzt die Öffnung (1a) der Rückwand (1). Das Gehäuse (2a) weist im Abstand der Dicke (d) der Rückwand (1) angeordnete Befestigungsflansche (2c, 2d; 2e, 2f) auf, deren einer (2c bzw. 2e) auf der Innenseite der Rückwand (1) und deren anderer (2d bzw. 2f) auf der Außenseite der Rückwand (1) verläuft. Die beiden Teile der Rückwand (1) schließen das Gehäuse (2a) von unterschiedlichen Seiten her zwischen sich ein.

Description

KASTENMÖBEL, INSBESONDERE KÜCHENMÖBELSCHRANK MIT INTEGRIERTER RÜCKWANDLEUCHTE
TECHNISCHES GEBIET
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kastenmöbel, insbesondere Kü- chenmöbelschrank, mit einer in einer Öffnung der Rückwand angeordneten Leuchte, die ein Gehäuse aufweist, das sich im wesentlichen hinter der Rückwand erstreckt und eine Licht¬ streuscheibe auf der Vorderseite der Rückwand besitzt, wo¬ bei die Leuchte eine Öffnung der Rückwand durchsetzt.
STAND DER TECHNIK
Es sind Kastenmöbel mit integrierter Rückwandleuchte der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art bekannt. Dabei werden die Gehäuse üblicherweise als Kunststoffspritzgußteile oder Blechformteile ausgebildet und mit von der Rückseite ange¬ brachten Krallen oder dergleichen in der Öffnung fixiert.
DIE ERFINDUNG
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kastenmöbel der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art zu schaffen, welches eine besonders einfache Befestigung der Rückwandleuchte oh¬ ne zusätzliche Befestigungsschrauben oder dergleichen er- möglicht. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt dadurch, daß das Gehäuse im Abstand der Dicke der Gehäusewand angeordnete Befesti¬ gungsflansche aufweist, deren einer auf der Innenseite der Rückwand und deren anderer auf der Außenseite der Rückwand verläuft, wobei die Rückwand mindestens zweiteilig ausge¬ bildet ist und die beiden Teile der Rückwand das Gehäuse von unterschiedlichen Seiten her zwischen sich ein¬ schließen.
Es hat sich als besonders zweckmäßig erwiesen, daß sich die Lichtstreuscheibe in ihrer Länge über die gesamte Höhe der Rückwand oder die gesamte Breite erstreckt.
Dabei kann sich entsprechend das Gehäuse in seiner Länge über die gesamte Höhe bzw. die gesamte Breite der Rückwand erstrecken.
Es hat sich als besonders zweckmäßig erwiesen, daß das Ge¬ häuse und auch die Lichtstreuscheibe als Strangprofil aus- gebildet sind.
Die Montage der Rückwandleuchte in dem erfindungsgemäßen Kastenmöbel kann in äußerst einfacher Weise dadurch erfol¬ gen, daß die Leuchte zwischen zwei einander ergänzende Rückwandhälften eingeschoben wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Konstruktion erlaubt dabei mit besonderem Vorteil eine An¬ passung an unterschiedliche Höhen bzw. unterschiedliche Breiten von Kastenmöbeln. Wenn sich die Lichtstreuscheibe in ihrer Länge über die gesamte Höhe bzw. über die gesamte Breite der Rückwand erstreckt, sind von der Innenseite des Kastenmöbels her keine Trennfugen zwischen den beiden Rück- wandhälften, welche das Gehäuse der Leuchte zwischen sich einschließen, sichtbar.
Die Montage der Leuchte erfolgt beim Zusammenbau des Ka¬ stenmöbels, dessen Rückwand in üblicher Weise am Korpusrah¬ men befestigt ist, wobei beispielsweise in den nach hinten über die Rückwand vorstehenden Seitenwandbereichen zueinan¬ der weisende Aufnahmenuten für die Rückwand vorgesehen sind.
KURZBESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGSABBILDUNG
Nachstehend wird eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfin- düng anhand der Zeichnung im einzelnen beschrieben. Es zei¬ gen:
Figur 1 - eine perspektivische schematische Darstellung eines Küchenunterschranks mit abgenommener Ar- beitsplatte und teilweise weggeschnittenem hinterem Querholm mit eingesetzter Rückwand¬ leuchte, Figur 2 - einen horizontalen Schnitt entlang der hori¬ zontalen Ebene II in Figur 1, Figur 3 - eine perspektivische Darstellung des Leuchten¬ gehäuses mit Teilansicht der Lichtstreuschei¬ be, Figur 4 - einen horizontalen Schnitt durch das Leuchten¬ gehäuse und die abgenommen dargestellte Licht- streuscheibe. BESTER WEG ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNG
In Figur 1 ist der Korpus eines Küchenmöbelunterschranks dargestellt, da eine geteilte Rückwand 1 besitzt. Die ge- teilte Rückwand 1 besitzt eine von ihrer Oberseite bis zur Unterseite durchlaufende Öffnung la. In der Öffnung la ist das Gehäuse 2a einer ingesamt mit 2 bezeichneten Leuchte fixiert.
Das Leuchtengehäuse 2a ist als Aluminium-Strangprofil aus¬ gebildet und besitzt an seinen einander gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete Flansche 2c, 2d, 2e und 2f. Die Flansche 2c und 2d einerseits und 2e und 2f andererseits sind in einem Abstand angeordnet, der der Dicke d der Rückwand 1 entspricht.
Die Anordnung der beiden Flanschpaare 2c und 2d sowie 2e und 2f erlauben eine Montage des Leuchtengehäuses mit einem unterschiedlichen Überstand hinter der Rückwand 1. Da bei einem Unterschrank der zur Verfügung stehende Raum zwischen Rückwand 1 und Wand 20 vergleichsweise groß ist, kann das Gehäuse bei einem Unterschrank mittels des Flanschpaares 2c und 2d befestigt werden. Bei einer Montage der Leuchte in einem Küchenoberschrank ist der Abstand zwischen der Rück- wand und der Hängewand üblicherweise kleiner. Für Küchen- oberschränke erfolgt deshalb die Befestigung des Leuchten¬ gehäuses 2a mittels des Flanschpaares 2e und 2f.
Eine Streuscheibe 2b ist im Leuchtengehäuse 2a verrastbar.
In dem Gehäuse 2a ist eine Montageplatte 4 mittels Schrau¬ ben 21 lösbar befestigt. Auf der Montageplatte 4, die als Reflektorplatte ausgebildet sein kann, sind sowohl die bei¬ den Fassungen 5 und 6 für die Kaltlichtröhre 11 befestigt als auch die Drossel 12 und ein Klemmengehäuse 7.
Die Verdrahtung mittels des Anschlußkabels 9 ist im vorlie¬ genden Zusammenhang nicht von Interesse. Das gleiche gilt für den Ein-Ausschalter 8, der auf Offnungs- und Schließbewegun¬ gen der in Figur 1 nicht dargestellten Fronttür reagiert.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE:
1. Kastenmöbel, insbesondere Küchenmöbelschrank, mit einer in einer Öffnung (la) der Rückwand (1) angeordneten Leuchte (2), die ein Gehäuse (2a) aufweist, das sich im wesentlichen hinter der Rückwand (1) erstreckt und eine Lichtstreuscheibe (2b) auf der Vorderseite der Rückwand besitzt, wobei die Leuchte eine Öffnung (la) der Rück¬ wand (1) durchsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2a) im Abstand der Dicke (d) der Rückwand (1) angeordnete Befestigungsflansche (2c, 2d; 2e, 2f) aufweist, deren einer (2c bzw. 2e) auf der In¬ nenseite der Rückwand (1) und deren anderer (2d bzw. 2f) auf der Außenseite der Rückwand (1) verläuft und wobei die Rückwand (1) mindestens zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und die beiden Teile der Rückwand (1) das Gehäuse (2a) von unterschiedlichen Seiten her zwischen sich ein¬ schließen.
Kastenmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Lichtstreuscheibe (2b) in ihrer Länge über die gesamte Höhe der Rückwand (1) erstreckt.
Kastenmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Lichtstreuscheibe (2b) in ihrer Länge über die gesamte Breite der Rückwand (1) erstreckt.
4. Kastenmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Gehäuse (2a) in seiner Länge über die ge¬ samte Höhe der Rückwand (1) erstreckt.
5. Kastenmöbel nach einem oer mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Gehäuse (2a) in seiner Länge über die ge¬ samte Breite der Rückwand (1) erstreckt.
6. Kastenmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Tiefe des Gehäuses (2a) zueinander parallel versetzt angeordnete Paare von Befestigungsflanschen (2c, 2d; 2e, 2f) vorgesehen sind.
7. Kastenmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2a) durch ein Strangprofil gebildet ist.
8. Kastenmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtstreuscheibe (2b) als Strangprofil ausge¬ bildet ist.
9. Kastenmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2a) auf der ins Schrankinnere weisen- den Seite eine lösbar befestigte Montageplatte (4) auf¬ weist, welche die Leuchtmittelfassung (en) (5; 6) mit dem Leuchtmittel (11) sowie ggf. weitere elektrische Ausrüstungsteile (7; 12) trägt.
10. Kastenmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageplatte (4) als Lichtreflektorplatte aus¬ gebildet ist.
11. Kastenmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strangprofil des Gehäuses (2a) ein Aluminium- Strangprofil ist.
