Description
" Hochdruckreinigungsvorrichtung ""High pressure cleaning device"
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning device with a cleaning hood that can be guided or moved over a flat or inclined surface to be cleaned.
DieseHigh-pressure cleaning devices have long been known for cleaning any surfaces, such as, for example, floors or surfaces of equipment. In these known devices, a cleaning liquid, usually water, is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned under high pressure. The mechanical action of the water removes dirt from the surface. A disadvantage of these known high-pressure cleaning devices is that water and dirt splash heavily into the environment during the cleaning process. You get a clean, but also very wet surface. Especially when using the known cleaning devices in interiors, this remaining water must then be removed again in a further operation, for example by wiping. This
Cleaning devices have the additional disadvantage that the surfaces to be cleaned must not be in the vicinity of moisture-sensitive devices which would otherwise be damaged by the spray water which occurs to a great extent. DE 38 01 237 C1 and DE-GM 86 08 145 disclose a cleaning device for cleaning ceilings and walls, in particular the resulting color lye sludge, which applies water to the wall or ceiling via a nozzle and sucks it off again via a hose , the hose being funnel-shaped and arranged in such a way that the water is guided into the hose by gravitation. However, this known cleaning device is unsuitable for flat and inclined surfaces, since the water can only be removed from the surface to a sufficient extent against gravitation.
Furthermore, DE-GM 90 15 554 discloses a cleaning device for horizontal or inclined surfaces, in which water is applied to the surface to be cleaned via movable nozzles and either drained along the inclined surface into a channel (for example a roof) or through a center arranged suction port is sucked away. However, this known cleaning device has the disadvantage that liquid remains on the surface, so that the cleaning is only incomplete. This is particularly a serious problem if pollutants are to be removed from the surface to be cleaned by the cleaning, since if liquid remains, with which pollutants remain on the surface, so that no effective removal of the pollutants can be achieved.
So far, it has been considered unsolved to clean even or inclined floors and surfaces in closed, splash-water-sensitive rooms with the environmentally friendly high-pressure method in a satisfactory manner.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Hochdruckreinigungsvorrichtung anzugeben, welche nicht nur absolut spritzsicher arbeitet, sondern auch die verbleibende und verunreinigteThe object of the invention is therefore to provide a high-pressure cleaning device which not only works absolutely splash-proof, but also the remaining and contaminated
Liquid on the flat or inclined surface to be cleaned with high pressure is so significantly reduced in the same work step that an approximately dry, cleaned surface remains.
This object is achieved by the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention for connection to a commercially available high-pressure cleaner and a commercially available water suction device. It consists of a cleaning hood, which is preferably provided with rollers and can be moved over a surface to be cleaned, with a cleaning edge arranged on the circumferential lower edge and with the elastic surface in contact with the surface to be worked Hood seal and at least one, but advantageously a plurality of, fixed liquid nozzles arranged in the cleaning hood, and a suction device with which the cleaning liquid which has emerged from the liquid nozzles and is loaded with impurities is sucked off. A delimiting feed device arranged within the cleaning hood is converged towards the suction device in such a way that the leaked cleaning liquid is essentially forced to the suction device due to its function.
Zum anderen wird durch die ent- stehenden Strömungsverhältnisse ein zusätzliches Vakuum durch den sogenanntenAn intermediate surface, which separates the upper part of the cleaning hood, in which the feed line of the cleaning liquid and the liquid nozzles are arranged, from the surface to be cleaned has proven to be particularly advantageous. This particularly inventive trick on the one hand reduces the possible rebounding and swirling space for the escaping cleaning water, which drastically increases the effectiveness of the connected water suction device. On the other hand, the resulting flow conditions create an additional vacuum through the so-called
Generates nozzle effect, which has the effect that the seal to the outside world is substantially improved. It is also possible to design the rear edge of the cleaning hood itself in such a way that it acts as a delimiting feed device and feeds the cleaning liquid to be suctioned off to the suction opening.
In addition to the cleaning hood, the invention also provides the delimiting feed device itself with a suitable seal, preferably a brush or sealing lip, which is in direct contact with the surface to be cleaned. In a particularly embodiment according to the invention, this seal is arranged so as to protrude from the edge seal of the cleaning hood, which, in addition to effective mechanical removal of the contaminants, also brings about an increased effect when the cleaning liquid is fed to the suction opening.
An additional increase in cleaning efficiency can be achieved by arranging additional or exclusive rotating liquid nozzles (so-called dirt milling).
The arrangement of pivotable castors has proven to be particularly advantageous, since despite the vacuum desired for increasing the efficiency of the suction power, easy handling and handling of the device according to the invention remains possible. The handling of the device is additionally made considerably easier if on a guide shaft designed as a tube is connected to the cleaning hood via a joint in the area of the suction opening and the suctioned-off cleaning liquid is fed through this guide shaft through a suction hose connected to the end of the guide shaft to a water suction device.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention, the high-pressure valve for supplying the cleaning liquid is attached to the handle of the guide handle and actuated via a pistol grip or a suitable lever.
The advantages of the high-pressure cleaning device specified here compared to all previously known devices for cleaning flat or inclined surfaces are serious. On the one hand, environmentally friendly high-pressure cleaning is possible, even in an environment that is sensitive to splashing water and moisture, whereas up to now, contamination in such places could only be removed with considerable use of environmentally harmful chemicals. On the other hand, the economy of the invention presented here is unsurpassed, since cleaning and drying can be carried out effectively in one operation.
I, a particularly preferred embodiment of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention comprises a cleaning hood (I) which can be moved on a guide handle (5) over the surface to be cleaned. The guide stem (5) is advantageously, as shown in Fig. I designed as a tube, connected via a suction hose (8) to a water suction device and thus also serves as a suction pipe for removing the dirty cleaning liquid sucked up in the cleaning hood (I). As shown here, there is advantageously also a pressure line on the guide stem (5)
At the top of the guide shaft (5), in a position that is convenient for the operator, a high-pressure valve (10), which can be actuated manually by means of a suitable trigger handle (11), is attached, with which the supply of the cleaning liquid can be switched on and off.
The cleaning hood (I) further comprises rollers (18) with which it can be guided over the surface to be cleaned at a predetermined height. This can be freely adjusted via a height adjustment (19) of the rollers (18). The rollers (18) can also be pivoted or rotated about a vertical axis, so that the cleaning hood (I) can be easily controlled. On its circumferential edge facing the cleaning surface, the cleaning hood (I) has a hood seal (17), which is preferably made of adjustable bristles or by means of at least one sealing lip. The cleaning hood (I) is thus splash-water-proof against the environment. With this closure, it is possible at the same time to create a vacuum or a vacuum by sucking off the dirty cleaning liquid below the cleaning hood (I).
I ) verbunden.2 shows a side view of the high-pressure cleaning device with a partial section through the cleaning hood (I). Liquid nozzles (14) are provided through which the cleaning liquid supplied via the pressure line (9) and liquid supply line (13) is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned. The pressure line (9) is connected to the cleaning hood (I) via a pressure connection (12).
The guide shaft (5) serving as a suction pipe is movably connected to the cleaning hood (1) via a joint (6) and thus allows the cleaning hood (I) to be guided in all directions over the surface to be cleaned.

This space limitation dramatically increases the suction power of the water suction device connected via the suction device (5, 6, 7, 8), as well as an additional vacuum due to the nozzle effects that occur, which ensures that the entire cleaning hood (I) adheres more closely to the one to be cleaned Area and thus an almost perfect
Protection against the escape of cleaning fluid from the system. In the area of the liquid nozzles (14), the intermediate surface (2) is provided with jet openings (3).
Die dargestelte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung umfaßt fünf nebeneinanderliegende3 shows a view from below of the cleaning hood (I). The illustrated embodiment of the present invention comprises five side by side
Liquid nozzles (14) through which the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned. The liquid nozzles (14) are evenly spaced (<A> in FIG. 3), preferably aligned and arranged symmetrically with respect to the suction opening (7).

In der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Ausführungsform sind an der Reinigungshaube ( I ) vier LaufrollenIn the embodiment shown in Fig. 3 are four rollers on the cleaning hood (I)
I) with little friction and easy to align over the surface to be cleaned. Other numbers of rollers (18) are possible depending on the shape of the cleaning hood (I) and the surface to be cleaned. Within the space enclosed by the cleaning hood (I), a delimiting feed device (15) is provided, which is designed and aligned in such a way that the cleaning hood moves through the forward movement (direction of arrow R in FIG. 3) (I) the cleaning liquid to be suctioned off, which has taken up the dirt from the surface, is pushed in the direction of the suction opening (7).

Cleaning hood (I) and the delimiting feed device (15) limited space atomized liquid particles removed particularly efficiently. The suction opening (7) of the suction device (5, 6, 7, 8) is adapted to the shape of the delimiting feed device (15) in order to avoid undesirable liquid build-ups or residues.
The delimiting feed device (15) expediently has walls or interfaces which are aligned in a tapering manner and converge towards the suction opening (7).

Feed seal (16) of the delimiting feed device (15), as is illustrated in Fig. 2, both an excellent wiping effect of the dirt-laden cleaning liquid is achieved in the direction of the suction opening (7) and also causes the resulting increased mechanical pressure on the surface to be cleaned further improves dirt removal.
DieseAccording to a further embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the rear edge of the cleaning hood (I 1 ) follows in its design and orientation the arrangement of the delimiting feed device (15) converging towards the suction opening (7). In this embodiment, three rollers (18) are attached to the cleaning hood (T). This
Embodiment allows a particularly compact design of the cleaning hood (I '), which is therefore suitable for use for smaller or angled surfaces.
