Abstract

Zur Herstellung von elektrisch leitenden Klebeverbindungen und von elektrisch leitenden Strukturen wird eine Reaktionsharzmischung auf Epoxidbasis vorgeschlagen, welche durch ein ausgewähltes Initiatorsystem sowohl durch UV-Strahlung als auch thermisch härtbar ist. Die gut lagerfähige einkomponentige Reaktionsharzmischung läßt sich zum Beispiel mit Siebdruckverfahren aufbringen, mit UV-Licht schnell anhärten und thermisch vollständig aushärten.
