Abstract

Cet émetteur d'infrarouges (1), notamment une unité de télécommande à infrarouges, comprend une source de lumière infrarouge et un boîtier (2). Selon l'invention, un diffuseur (5) est monté dans la trajectoire (6) de la lumière et élargit l'étroit faisceau de lumière, de façon à éclairer une plus grande surface de manière homogène et d'éviter ainsi le risque de dommages pour la vue. Ce montage est particulièrement avantageux lorsqu'une diode laser est utilisée comme source de lumière infrarouge.
