DESCRIPCIÓN
QSJBTQ PE ft INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una preforma de material plástico o de material similar transformable especialmente concebida para la obtención de envases con asas, que presenta como especial particularidad la configuración de la preforma con el cuerpo y el asa que va a constituir el asa de la botella, conformándose de esta manera la preforma como un único cuerpo integrado. Este tipo de preforma es de las obtenidas por inyección, siendo sometida a soplado hasta obtención del envase.
Se trata asimismo de facilitar las condiciones de reciclado de la botella como consecuencia de la integración en un único conjunto del cuerpo y asa constituidos con el mismo material.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Los botellas de material plástico se configuran generalmente por la técnica de soplado de la preforma previamente conformada por inyección con la forma de la botella que se trata de obtener, siendo calentada a continuación y estirada por soplado dentro de un molde o cavidad de formas determinadas coicidentes con la imagen especular la botella, obteniendo dicha botella con un tamaño mayor a la preforma inicial de la que se parte, el cual vendrá limitado por el propio molde.
Este procedimiento de fabricación de envases plásticos
HOJA SUSTITUIDA contempla únicamente la obtención del cuerpo de la botella. En el caso de envases plásticos con asa, como es el caso de los botellas de agua de alta capacidad y otros productos, la fabricación del asa se realiza por separado, y la unión entre ambos elementos se efectúa por acoplamiento.
Generalmente el asa se configura en un material distinto al de la botella, lo que implica un inconveniente en el proceso de reciclaje del material plástico como consecuencia de la necesidad de efectuar la separación previa entre los dos componentes para su tratamiento de forma independiente.
No se conoce en la actualidad procedimiento de fabricación alguno en el que se integre el propio asa en la preforma plástica a partir de la que se obtiene el envase, por lo que se hace factible la invención que se describe a continuación.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención viene a optimizar las condiciones de producción de los envases plásticos o de material similar transformable que incorporan un asa, así como las condiciones de reciclaje del material plástico empleado en su configuración, mediante la adopción de una preforma que integra el asa con el propio cuerpo que constituirá el cuerpo de la botella una vez expandida la preforma por el procedimiento de soplado.
Se consigue asimismo una reducción de costes como consecuencia de la producción en una sola pieza del cuerpo y del asa.
Cualquiera que sea la forma del asa y de la botella a obtener se configura la preforma por inyección con el contorno deseado, el cual una vez calentado y estirado por soplado es aumentado de tamaño introduciéndose en el interior de un molde conformado con las dimensiones y estructura adecuada para hacer de tope de la preforma en proceso de expansión, constituyéndose de esta manera en un único cuerpo del mismo material la botella y el asa.
El asa se configura en la preforma con la forma y dimensiones que se pretende conseguir una vez expandido el resto del conjunto, estando dispuesta sobresaliendo del cuerpo de la botella perpendiculármente o inclinada respecto al mismo.
El procedimiento de obtención del envase constituido por cuerpo y asa puede ser realizado por inyección soplado, o bien por inyección y soplado biorientado.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un juego de planos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente:

A la vista de las figuras se describe un ejemplo práctico de una posible realización de la invención consistente en la preforma con asa integrada para envases obtenidos por inyección y soplado, o por inyección y soplado biorientados que se constituye por, un cuerpo (1) que una vez expandido por soplado tras su calentamiento previo configura el cuerpo de la botella, y un asa (2) integrada en el propio cuerpo (1) formando un conjunto con el mismo y que sobresale respecto al cuerpo (1) en las cercanías del cuello de la botella.
El asa (2) , así como el cuerpo (1) constituyentes de la preforma se elaboran con el mismo material y con la forma requerida para la obtención de la botella tras su expansión por soplado, siendo posible la integración del asa respecto al resto del conjunto con una cierta inclinación.
La invención es aplicable para materiales plásticos u otro tipo de materiales similares que puedan transformarse, estando el asa y el cuerpo de la preforma constituidos por el mismo material, facilitando de esta manera el proceso de reciclaje.
No se considera necesario hacer mas extensiva esta descripción para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda el alcance de la invención y las ventajas que de la misma se derivan.
Los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos serán susceptibles de variación siempre y cuando no alteren la esencialidad del invento. Los términos en crue se ha descrito esta memoria deberán ser tomados siempre en sentido amplio y no limitativo.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Ia.- Preforma con asa integrada para envases obtenidos por inyección y soplado o por inyección y soplado biorientado esencialmente caracterizada porque se constituye por un cuerpo y un asa integrada en dicho cuerpo constituyendo un conjunto que una vez expandido por soplado tras su calentamiento previo configura el envase.
2a.- Preforma con asa integrada para envases obtenidos por inyección y soplado o por inyección y soplado biorientado caracterizada porque el cuerpo y el asa constituyentes de la preforma se conforman con el mismo material y forman una sola pieza.
