Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verwertung von Altmaterial, worin das Altmaterial in Gegenwart eines Bindemittels einem Formgebungsprozeß unterworfen wird. Das Bindemittel enthält ein lignocellulosehaltiges Material, ein Material, das beispielsweise ungesättigte Carbonsäuren oder deren Derivate, und gegebenenfalls ein thermoplastisches Material umfaßt. Das lignocellulosehaltige Material vermag mit den ungesättigten Carbonsäuren oder deren Derivaten zu reagieren, so daß diese Komponenten, gegebenenfalls zusammen mit dem thermoplastischen Material als Bindemittel wirken und dabei eine Matrix bilden, in die das Altmaterial eingebettet wird. Auf diese Weise können die Altmaterialien mittels herkömmlicher Formgebungsprozesse, wie einfachen Preßvorgängen, in Formkörper wie Preßplatten überführt werden, die physikalische Eigenschaften aufweisen, die sie einer Weiterverwertung zugänglich machen.
