本发明的目的是提供一种将乘客车厢与驾驶室隔开,并便于驾驶 员观察车内乘客,从而避免驾驶员遭受攻击的驾驶室后置型轿车。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可行的发动机后 (中) 置后驱 动、后搡纵的驾驶室后置型轿车。
为实现上述目的,本发明的驾驶室后置型轿车包括车身、底盘、发 动机、行走系、电器、仪表,车身从前到后分隔为彼此连接的乘客车厢和 驾驶室,驾驶室前挡风玻璃的高度高于乘客车厢的顶部。

一、驱动系统。
发动机 13经离合器 36与变速器 34耦合,变速器 34与差速器 33 连接,差速器 33左、右输出端经半轴链传动系 32与后桥半轴 31连接, 后桥半轴 31与后轮 30(即驱动轮)连接。
发动机 13的动力经离合器 36控制,通过变速器 34变速传至差速 器 33,差速器 33左、右输出端的动力经半轴链传动系 32传至左、右后 桥半轴 31,从而驱动后轮 30。 该布置相当于中置后驱动。
由于该发明的轿车发动机 13可以采取中置或后置,将其安装在驾 驶室 2下部的底盘一恻上,半轴链传动系 32、变速器 34安装在发动机 13邻侧,结构十分紧凑,车身空间利用率提高,操纵距离短,左、右半轴 链传动系 32相对独立,有利于后轮 30独立悬挂。 一般来说,发动机 13 采用中置的方式对轿 车前后轴的负荷分配更为均匀。
二、转向系统。
在本发明的轿车包括车轮、转向器的转向系统中,方向盘 23是经 转向短轴 22、转向长轴 21、转向轴 20与转向齿轮 19连接的。转向齿轮 19与转向齿条 18啮合,转向齿条 18与转向摇臂 17连接。
方向盘 23的扭矩通过转向短轴 22、转向长轴 21、转向轴 20传至 转向齿轮 19,转向齿轮 19与转向齿条 18啮合,并将扭矩经转向齿条 18转变为左右平动的力,带动转向摇臂 17左右转动,从而使前轮 15 完成左右转向动作。
本系统也可采用液压转向系统。
三、制动系统。
制动油缸 24经压力油管 25连接至制动总泵 26。
踩下制动总泵 26,压力油经压力油管 25送至各制动油缸 24,完成 制动动作。
四、其他布置。
本发明还包括下列重要部分:离合器控制踏板 27、制动器控制踏 板 28、油门控制踏板 29、变速器操纵杆 35、乘客座椅 37、驾驶员座椅 38、副驾驶员座椅 39,由图 4可知,这些部件布置紧凑合理。 另在乘客 车厢 1前部可设前行李箱 40,在驾驶室 1的后部可设后行李箱 41,这 不仅增加了空间利用率,而且提高撞车安全性。 有益效果
本发明的显著优点就是将驾驶员从受监控的前部位置转移到可监 控全车情况的后部位置,出祖车驾驶室与乘客车厢之间有效隔开,从而 使驾驶员免遭袭击或抢劫,在加装了隔板和防弹玻璃观察窗之后能保 证驾驶员的安全。本发明在作为家庭用车时的优点也是显而易见的,作 为家庭用车,驾驶室与乘客车厢之间不完全隔开,由于家长能方便地观 察到前部车厢内自己孩子的状态,可照顾孩子避免发生意外。担任驾驶 责任的家长可不转动头部即可与家人交谈,既保证安全驾驶,又增进了 全家人乘车时的亲情。 本发明使驾驶员与乘客均有良好的前瞻视野。
本发明另一个突出的优点是实现后轮驱动轿车对于发动机、驱动 轮、搡纵位置的集中布置,是一种全新的"后置后驱动后操纵"轿车布置 方式。本发明有效地克服了传统的"后置后驱动"轿车布置方式的"操纵 机构较复杂,满载时后轴负荷过重"的两大弱点。 使本发明既具有前置 前驱动轿车结构紧凑、自重较轻、地极平坦、传动距离短、车内空间利用 率高等优点,又具有前置后驱动轿车驱动性能好、爬坡能力强、轮胎损 耗较前置前驱动轿车小等优点。 而且结构简化、成本低;前后轴荷分配 合理、机动性能好;有前后行李箱,撞车时安全性较好等优点。

Claims

权利要求书
1.驾驶室后置型轿车,包括车身、底盘、发动机、行走系、电器、仪表,其 特征在于:车身从前到后分为彼此连接的乘客车厢和驾驶室,驾驶室前 挡风玻璃的高度高于乘客车厢的顶部。
2.如权利要求 1所述的驾驶室后置型轿车,其特征在于在乘客车厢和 驾驶室之间设有高强度隔板,在隔板上附装有驾驶仪表盘和方向盘。
3.如权利要求 1所述的驾驶室后置型轿车,其特征在于轿车发动机以 后置方式安装在驾驶室下部的底盘一侧上,半轴链传动系、变速器安装 在发动机的邻侧;轿车的后桥半轴通过半轴链传动系、差速器、离合器 直接与发动机的输出轴连接;所述前轮通过一个位于车轮转向器和短 轴之间的有转向长轴的转向装置与方向盘连接。

8.如权利要求 7所述的驾驶室后置型轿车,其特征在于乘客车厢的前 端保险杠上设有防撞装置。
9.如权利要求 8所述的驾驶室后置型轿车,其特征在于乘客车厢前部 设有挡风玻璃,挡风玻璃附近装有计费副显示器。
10.如权利要求 9所述的驾驶室后置型轿车,其特征在于在乘客车厢前 部和驾驶室的后部各可以设行李箱。
