Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient en plastique scellé (1) qui contient une boisson alcoolisée telle que du vin. Le récipient comprend un réceptacle (2) qui contient la boisson alcoolislée et qui comprend un rebord périphérique (8) autour de l'embouchure du réceptacle, une surface interne biocompatible et une paroi ayant une faible transmissibilité au gaz, une membrane d'étanchéité (6) fixée de manière détachable audit rebord et comprenant une surface interne biocompatible, un espace supérieur entre la boisson alcoolisée et la surface interne biocompatible de la membrane de fermeture étanche et contenant un gaz biocompatible autre que l'oxygène, ce qui permet de maintenir la boisson alcoolisée hors du contact avec l'air. Un élément de support permet de tenir de manière libérable un réceptacle en matière plastique, et un procédé de conditionnement d'une boisson alcoolisée dans un récipient sont également décrits.
