Abstract

L'invention concerne une suspension transversale pour véhicules sur rails qui comprend des éléments faisant ressort (9, 10) pour suspendre sur ressort une caisse de wagon (1) par rapport à un châssis mobile (2) qui la porte, à l'encontre d'inclinaisons latérales, et des éléments moteurs (5, 6) hydrauliques servant à appliquer les forces entre la caisse de wagon et le châssis. Ces éléments moteurs sont raccordés à deux branches (A, B) indépendantes du système et leurs pressions sont modulables à l'aide d'un régulateur (11) et d'un générateur de pression (12). Cette suspension transversale comprend également un capteur de position (11) servant à fournir un signal (y/U) acheminé jusqu'au régulateur, sur la déviation de la caisse de wagon, de sa position médiane, par rapport au châssis. Selon l'invention, chaque branche (A ou B) indépendante du système communique de manière fluidique avec au moins un élément accumulateur (9 ou 10) à effet ressort, et les éléments moteurs de travail (5 ou 6) peuvent fonctionner comme des mécanismes d'entraînement. Le régulateur (12) peut activer un bloc de commande de soupapes (17) pour relier au choix une des deux branches du système à une pompe haute pression, afin d'ajuster l'inclinaison de la caisse de wagon par modification de la pression dans les éléments d'entraînement, pour que ladite caisse de wagon se trouve dans une position d'inclinaison théorique, sous l'effet de ressort des éléments accumulateurs. L'invention concerne également un procédé de commande active de la position de la caisse de wagon du véhicule sur rails par rapport au châssis à l'aide de la suspension transversale en fonction des conditions de marche ou des données concernant les tronçons de voie.
