  • vibrations of the components occur which are transmitted and form wave motion.
  • Each vibrating system forms a certain total energy of the vibrations, the higher this energy, the higher the dynamic effects of the system, which subsequently also form noises of different frequencies, which are called sound.
  • Dampers are used to reduce the total energy of the vibrations, which are the bodies which are connected to the main source of the vibrations by stiffening rings, screws, rivets or gluing.
  • the previously used vibration and silencers are formed by a conventional or a coating provided with schwingungsdä ender coating.
  • Other dampers are built as sheets with rubber layers in the middle or as absorbing segments made of metal plates and plastic materials. To increase the insulation effect, shape cuts are sometimes made in the sheet.
  • a disadvantage of these dampers is that they do not ensure insulation in the entire frequency band of the vibrations and that the insulation takes a long time.
  • the production of these dampers is usually complex and the costs are sometimes not in line with the results achieved. This means that the dynamic effects of the system are only unsatisfactorily eliminated, which shortens the life of the components. In the case of rubber application, there is also rubber aging and thus loss of elasticity.
  • a vibration and silencer which essentially consists in that it is formed from layers which are joined together, namely from more than one layer of the viscous-plastic mass, from one layer of the stretch metal sheet, at least from a further layer of the usual sheet metal or expanded metal sheet.
  • the individual metal layers are separated from one another by a layer of the viscous-plastic mass and the outer surfaces of the vibration and silencer are either formed by a layer of the viscous-plastic mass or a sheet or each layer of the expanded metal sheet in the vibration and silencer a metal mesh can be replaced.

  • Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 show on average various modifications of the vibration and silencers, which are composed of layers of the expanded metal sheet, the usual sheet and the viscous-plastic mass.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un amortisseur des vibrations et du bruit, destiné à réduire les effets dynamiques et phoniques dans des constructions mécaniques auxquelles il est fixé au moyen de circlips et de bagues rigides, de vis ou de rivets, ou encore par collage. L'amortisseur est caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé de couches liées entre elles, à savoir, de plus d'une couche d'un matériau viscoplastique (4), une couche de tôle en métal déployé (2) et au moins une autre couche d'une tôle métallique de type courant (3) ou d'une tôle en métal déployé (2). Les différentes couches métalliques sont séparées les unes des autres par une couche de matériau viscoplastique (4), les faces extérieures de l'amortisseur étant formées soit par une couche de matériau viscoplastique (4), soit par une tôle métallique (2, 3). La tôle en métal déployé (2) de l'amortisseur (1) peut être remplacée par une toile métallique (20).
