传统的晒衣方式, 一般都是利用桂于墙壁上的三角架, 并于三角架 上设置等间距的半圆状固定物, 以使晒衣竿横置于其上, 再在晒衣竿上 披桂衣物, 而晒衣竿的上下移动是通过一长叉来完成, 但有时由于衣月 沾水具有重量, 当要将晒衣竿送上三角架时, 须先向后移动, 但衣 因 有沾水的重量, 故经常会使晒衣竿掉落到地上, 使衣服弄脏, 非常不方 便。 且只有单层的吊挂作用, 无法充分利用空间, 若能控制晒衣竿上下 运动, 则能运用狹小的空间, 达到更方便使用之目的。 发明的公开
本发明的目的是提供一种活动式晒衣装置, 该装置的晒衣杆可以作 上下升降运动。
本发明的目的是这样实现的, 即提供一种活动式晒衣装置, 包括二 支撑架, 一绳索和一吊桂于绳索上的吊杆, 所述的二支撑架分别用固定 装置互相隔开一距离地安装于墙面上; 两个罩盖分别设置在各支撑架的 靠近外端处, 至少一个所迷的罩盖的一侧设有一轮盘, 该轮盘可通过传 动机构由一控制件带动而旋转; 所述的绳索的两端分别设于两罩盖处, 而且其至少一端是固定地设置在所述的轮盘上, 以在枪盘旋转时可收放 该绳索从而调节吊杆的高低。 应用本实用新型一种活动式晒衣装置, 可使吊杆自由上下, 并能使 衣服等距离拉开, 快速晒干; 可运用狹小的空间, 达到更方便的使用之 目的。 附图的简要说明

请参阅图 1, 所示为本发明活动式晒衣装置最基本的形式。 该晒衣 装置是于墙面上相隔适当距离设有两个半圆形的固定块 01、 020 各固定 块的上方沿 1/4圆周处设有一长槽孔 03、 04。 两个支撑架 05、 06分别枢 接于槽孔 03、 04内, 并可在槽孔内作从水平方向起向上 90。 范围内的摆 动。 二固定绳索 07、 08的一端分别安装于固定块之上的墙面上, 另一端 则固定于支撑架 05、 06的外端。 藉固定绳索的牵引, 支撑架可在槽孔内 摆动并定位于任一所需之角度。 支撑架的截面形状最好为矩形, 且使其 两侧面与槽孔的两边沿贴紧以限制支撑架在槽孔内的转动。
两支撑架 05、 OS上靠近外端处各设有一罩盖 13、 14。 若罩盖 13、 14 适当设计, 也能直接固定于墙上。 从各支撑架上的罩盖处垂下一绳索 25, 绳索 25上设有一晒衣杆或称吊杆 !30。 罩盖 13、 14均可在其一侧设一轮盘 24并在其内设一传动机构。 在本实施例中该传动机构为一减速机构 (见 图 6) , 它包括一蜗杆 21和一与蜗杆啮合的蜗轮 22, 蜗轮 22藉一联结轴 23与轮盘 24相结合。 蝇索 25固定于该轮盘 24上, 因此轮盘 24旋转时即可 收放绳索 25, 从而使吊杆 30作上下运动。 在图 1 的实施例中, 只有一个 支撑架的罩盖 14上设有轮盘和传动机构, 而绳索的另一端是直接系于支 撑架 05上或罩盖 I3中。 绳索 25悬挂吊杆 30。 吊杆 30可以是一圆筒状的晒 衣杆, 也可以是一缺口朝下的 "C" 型杆。 吊杆 30的两端内各设有一滑 轮 33, 吊杆 30通过滑轮悬吊地誇装于绳索 25上, 这样, 在轮盘 24旋转而 收放绳索 25时即可上下调节吊杆 30的高低。 减速机构 20中的蜗杆 21与一 控制杆 26相联接, 从而控制杆 26能顺利地控制轮盘 24的转向, 进而控制 绳索 25使吊杆 30得以上升或下降。 由于减速机构 20是由蜗杆 21的传动而 带动蜗轮 22, 而蜗轮 22本身并不能自行运转, 因此减速机构 20形成一种 无段定位装置, 当控制杆 26正转时能使吊杆 30上升, 反转则下降, 很容 易地控制吊杆 30的动作及定位。 该控制杆 26亦可用一控制绳 26a来代替。
图 2 所示为本发明的另一实施例。 在该实施例中, 支撑架 05、 06上 的罩盖 13、 14间也穿设该绳索 25, 在罩盖 I3中加设一滑轮 15, 并使绳索 25绕过滑轮 15也固定到轮盘 24上。 这样, 当轮盘 24旋转时, 吊杆 30的上 升速度可提高两倍。 而且, 吊杆 30中的绳索 25可截断不用, 仅将绳索 25 系于吊杆 30两端即可。 如图 2 中所示, 传动机构可由一控制绳 26a 来控 制。 并且, 控制绳 26a 的末端可装设一马达 1*7和控制器 IS, 因此可以通 过马达来控制吊杆的升降, 更加有利于使用者。
请参阅图 3所示, 其为本发明的第 3个实施例, 在两罩盖 I3、 I4间以 一 C型杆 35相连接, 形成上下两层 C型杆的构造, 使下层的吊杆 30 (C型杆) 上升与上层的 C型杆 35收合在一起, 故当不晒衣服时可收入上层 C型杆 35 中。
综合上述三个实施例能初步了解本发明的特征, 为了让一般的公寓 式的房子狹小的前后阳台充份地被利用, 把一般的单层式扩充为双层或 是多层的架构使用, 当上下衣服时只要轻轻一拉即能取到或送上吊杆 30, 不需拿着一支叉杆, 将吊杆 30又上叉下, 甚至有时竹竿会不小心滑落。
再者, 能于下层 C型杆(吊杆 30)内加设一横杆 40, 该横杆 40上装设 有一組横向移动的复数只吊钩 44, 各吊钩 44以短线 41相连结, 再由一吊 钩控制绳 42在该吊杆 30的一端控制收合与展开, 如图 4至图 5的状态, 其 中吊钩 44可做成如图 4 所示的衣架形状, 或直接由吊钩 44中吊挂传统衣 架均可, 而达成平均展开吊桂的衣物, 使衣物能等距离间隔排开, 扩大 可利用空间, 若起风时衣物不至于挤在一起不易风干, 非常方便使用者。
上述的各实施例, 均可加装一马达 17与控制器 18, 如图 2与图 5所示, 使控制绳 26a 与吊钩控制绳 42可藉马达 17控制吊杆的升降及吊钩 44的移 动或旋转一固定角度, 更加有利于使用者。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的实施例, 但是, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说可以在权利要求书所界定的本发明的范围内作出各种改动和 变化。

Claims

权利要求书 1. 一种活动式晒衣装置, 包括二支撑架(05, 06) , 一绳索(25)和一吊 挂于绳索(25)上的吊杆(30),
其特征在于 所述的二支撑架分别用固定装置互相隔开一距离地安 装于墙面上; 两个罩盖(13, I4)分别设置在各支撑架(05, OS)的靠近外 端处, 至少一个所迷的罩盖的一侧设有一轮盘(24), 该轮盘可通过传动 机构由一控制件带动而旋转; 所述的绳索(25)的两端分别设于两罩盖
(13, 14)处, 而且其至少一端是固定地设置在所述的轮盘(24)上, 以在 轮盘(24)旋转时可收放该绳索(25)从而调节吊杆(30)的高低。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 所述的罩盖中的一个罩盖(14)的一侧设有轮盘(24)。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 所述的吊杆(30)的两端各装有一滑轮(33) , 吊杆(30) 通过两滑轮(33)悬吊地跨装于绳索 25上。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 所述的绳索(25)的一端固定地设置在轮盘(24)上, 另 一端则固定地设置在另一个罩盖(13)处。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 另一个罩盖(13)内装有一滑轮 (15), 所述的绳索(25) 的一端固定地设置在轮盘 (24)上, 另一端绕过罩盖 (13)内的滑轮 (15) , 也固定地设置在轮盘 (24)上。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 另一个罩盖(13)内装有一滑轮 (15), 所述的绳索(25) 固定设置在该轮盘(24)上, 绳索的一端直接系于吊杆(30)的一端, 绳索 的另一端绕过该滑轮 (15)后系于吊杆(30)的另一端。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 6所述的晒衣装置, 其特征在于 所述的传动机构为一减速机构, 包括一蜗杆(21) , — 蜗杆(22)和一联接蜗轮 (22)与轮盘 (24)的联接轴(23)。
8. 根据权利要求 1或 7所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 所述的控制件为一控制杆(26)。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 7所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 所述的控制件为一控制绳(26a)。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 还设有一用于带动所述的控制绳(26a) 的马达(17)和 马达控制器(18)。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的晒衣装置,
其特征在于 所述的吊杆(30 )为一缺口朝下的 "C" 型杆。
12. 根据权利要求 1或 11所述的晒衣装置,
