  • the prior art in the construction field teaches many types of floors. Some of the most commonly used types, used especially for reasons of speed, are attices with prefabricated elements made in reinforced concrete (prestressed or not), made in the form of beams and cast in moulds in a factory. Also known are floors in prefabricated elements in reinforced clay, constituted by breeze brick in ceramic cotto, which are assembled in a factory in rows of predetermined lengths, and connected up using metal rods and finally sealed with mortar so that beams are formed.
  • the present invention provides a mixed structure for floors, which thus enjoy advantages offered by such mixed structure, in particular lightness and good sound insulation and heat insulation, for which no secondary structure is necessary, providing a prefabricated element which enables rapid floor construction with excellent sound and heat insulation.
  • An advantage of the present invention is that it improves the above characteristics of usual mixed-structure floors, inwhich the presence of sound and thermal conductors considerably limits said characteri sitess.

  • the aperture extends longitudinally for the whole length of the beam 2 and sets the seat 4 which the base 3b is housed in in communication with the outside.
  • the structure 3a can be inserted and the base 3b can be cast in the seat 4 of the polystyrene beam functioning as a casting mold.
  • the seat U is positioned in proximity of the lower surface of the polystyrene beam 2 and surrounds the base 3b of the beam 3.
  • the seat 4 exhibits a surface with a recess 6 which, whwn the beam 3 is cast in the seat 4, is in contact with a corresponding projecting surface of the beam 3.
  • a shaped lateral projection 7 is arranged along one of the sides of the first beam 2.
  • a corresponding recess 8 is predisposed along the opposite side of the first beam 2, and joints with the lateral projection 7 of an adjacent prefabricated element 1.
  • the recess and projection have a semicircular section but they could be of a different shape.
  • a net 9 is gripped on the lower surface of the element 1 to enhance the solidity of the plaster , applied after the construction of the floor, on the bottom of the element 1.
  • the single elements 1 are realized in the factory and utilized, one by the side of another, for the construction of floors.
  • the joint realized by the projections 7 and the recesses 8 enhance the solidity of the whole structure.
  • a length of floor is shown, comprising two elements 1 side-by-side.
  • the construction of the floor proceeds according to usual techniques, with the laying of the plaitei on the lower surface and the pavement floor on the upper surface.
  • the floor realized by means of the invention is completely without heat or sound communication bridges.
  • a layer of polystyrene, provided with absorbent and insulating qualities, is present along the entire length of the floor, without any breaks, even though it is less thick at the seats 4 of the bases of the beams 3.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un élément préfabriqué (1) pour la construction de planchers comprenant une première poutrelle en polystyrène (2) d'une longueur égale à celle du plancher à poser munie d'un évidement longitudinal (4) pratiqué à l'intérieur de la poutrelle (2) et recevant une deuxième poutrelle (3) d'une longueur égale à celle du plancher à poser et qui est coulée in situ à travers une ouverture (5); la première poutrelle servant ainsi de moule à la seconde.
