Description
The present invention relates to a method for preserving donkey milk as well as the applications of donkey milk for skin care.
Etat de la techniqueState of the art
Of all mammalian milks, donkey's milk is the closest to woman's milk. It is, like the milk of woman, rich in lactose and relatively poor in casein, and like him, does not include proteins of very large size (strong molecular weight).
Unfortunately, unlike other milks such as cow's milk which can be heated to 100 ° C or more in order to kill microorganisms, donkey milk cannot be heated. Indeed, heating donkey milk causes chemical reactions such as precipitation and destruction of proteins, which denature it and cause it to lose its natural properties.
Exposé de 1'inventionStatement of the invention
This is why the main aim of the invention is to carry out a process for preserving donkey milk which does not cause it to lose its natural properties.
Another object of the invention is to provide preservation of donkey milk so that it can be used in applications for skin care.
Description de 1'inventionThe main object of the invention is therefore a method for preserving donkey milk comprising the steps of refrigerating milk at a temperature between 4 * C and 10 * C, of packaging refrigerated milk in small volume containers , and slow freezing of milk conditioned at a temperature between - 18 * C and - 40 * C. Description of the invention
The objects, objects and characteristics of the invention are explained with the idea of the description which follows.
Donkey milk has natural properties of primary importance since it is the closest milk to woman's milk mainly by its high content of lactose and its low casein content and by the fact that the proteins that it contains are small proteins. Donkey milk is obtained when the donkey has given birth and provides a lot of milk during the colt's nursing period. But it is essential that the donkey and her colt be left together for the duration of lactation. The colt is only separated from its mother for the time necessary for the milk to rise every day (from 1 hour to 4 hours). At the time of milking, it is preferable that the colt is close to its mother so that the latter feels it during milking, which promotes lactation.
Once harvested, the milk is refrigerated at a temperature between 4 * C and 10 * C. Then it is filtered and packaged in small containers such as tubes with a capacity of less than 20 ml, preferably between 5 and 10 ml which are immediately frozen.
Une congélation trop rapide empêcherait la formation de ces gros cristaux et il n'y aurait donc pas d'effet de stérilisationFreezing should be done slowly to kill the microorganisms in the milk, which would not happen with brutal freezing. In addition, this freezing is done without shaking the milk as is common in certain methods of freezing cow's milk. This slow freezing promotes the crystallization of water into large crystals, which results in partial sterilization of the milk and therefore destruction of germs. Freezing too quickly would prevent the formation of these large crystals and there would therefore be no sterilization effect
Such freezing can be carried out at a temperature between - 18 * C and - 40 * C. Freezing can be done by placing the tubes in a freezer set at the desired final temperature as described above (for example - 18 * C), but also in gradually decreasing the freezer compartment temperature to the desired freezing temperature.
The fact of packaging the milk in small volume tubes allows uniform, homogeneous and regular freezing.
As already mentioned, donkey milk, close to woman's milk, includes small proteins. This property can be exploited in skin care because these proteins easily penetrate the skin. It has been discovered that donkey milk, thanks to its natural properties, has an anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and especially skin-tightening effect when applied to it. Such a property can be used in applications intended to tighten the skin so as to remove wrinkles or wrinkles due to aging, or even to carry out a "lifting".
To implement the applications mentioned above, donkey milk is only thawed during treatment, and if possible, in the treatment room. Defrosting is preferably done by heating the frozen tubes in water at 37 ° C.
The patient's skin is first cleaned with hypo-allergenic soap or similar milk, this cleaning is followed by rinsing with pure water in order to remove all traces of the products. of cleaning.
The milk is applied to the patient's skin using a gauze, compress, thin silk piece ... We can also place the support on the skin and then apply the milk on the support thanks to a syringe. The support is preferably brought to a temperature of 37 ° C. before being applied to the skin. It is then kept on the patient's skin until it has completely dried, that is to say for a period of approximately 20 minutes. Although donkey milk is preferably used in pure form in its applications for skin care, it is possible to use it mixed with other products of which the choice is within the reach of the man of the trade, without departing from the scope of the invention. So we can include donkey milk in beauty products such as cleansing milk, day creams or night creams, multitensor gels. You can even make soaps from donkey milk. In all cosmetological applications where donkey milk is mixed with other products, the latter must be carefully selected to avoid chemical reactions leading to the possible annihilation of the natural properties of donkey milk.
