According to another embodiment, the hose is lined by a flexible tube acting as a float, so that the flexible tub is located on the surface of the water and above the flexible hose, which makes it possible to store a sheet. thick polluted, the hose and said tube acting as a dam.
The flexible pipe and the flexible pipe are connected by a skirt having a shape of sheath which surrounds the two pipes and tube.
The flexible skirt is airtight on the side of the polluted sheet and is perforated by holes on the unpolluted side. Each flexible hose and / or flexible tube is stored on at least one winding drum present at the central station.
Each flexible pipe is provided with a reinforcement, such as a cable placed longitudinally on the flexible pipe, so that when a polluted sheet is circumscribed, it can be carried, either by displacement of the central station, or by winding on the winding drum of said flexible pipe and cable, placed at the central station.
The flexible hose is provided with holes over all or part of its length, so that the fluid can be emitted in order to float the micro-waste present between two waters.
Each floating head comprises, at the level of its bow, a means of attachment, so that when the bow of the floating head, moved by its means of displacement, touches a complementary attachment means placed either on the bow of a on another floating head, either at the central station or at the level of a bank, the polluted water table is enclosed and circumscribed.
Each floating head is provided with a means of flotation. The flotation means is adjustable, to adjust the amount of water of said floating head according to its use, either surface treatment or in the flotation of micro-waste, or in traction for a floating dam.
The floating head is provided with at least one peripheral cleaning brush. The central station, for its part, is fitted with a valve for adjusting the flow rate of the fluid pressure.
This central station can be a floating device or an installation located on a bank. The attached drawings are given as indicative and non-limiting examples. They represent several preferred embodiments according to the invention. They will allow the invention to be easily understood.

Finally, FIG. 13 represents a bottom view of a floating head using deflectors to distribute the fluid in one or the other of the two lateral nozzles. According to Figure 1, the present invention can avoi different embodiments.
One of these modes consists in using a boat as the central station 5. The other embodiment, presented in this figure, consists in using a mobile device, whether it is a vehicle or a trailer.
It is obvious that the invention could equally well use as a central station 5 a fixed station placed on a bank and composed like the boat of a winding drum 12 which can be actuated by a geared motor 24.
This winding drum 12 allows the winding of a flexible tube 4 as well as a flexible tube 11, the functions of which will be specified in the figures which follow. The flexible hose 4 and the flexible tube 11 are connected to a floating head 3 which can move over water 2.
La figure 2 précise plus avant la structure de la têt flottante 3.The other embodiment placed on the bank also uses the same means, that is to say the flexible pipe 4, the flexible tube 11 and the floating head 3. A large arrow FI or F2, present in front of each floating head 3, makes it possible to understand now that the floating heads 3 can be directed so that they can circumscribe a polluted tablecloth 1, present on the surface of the water 2. FIG. 2 specifies the structure of the head further floating 3.
This is essentially composed of two main elements as to their size, first of all the flotation means 16, then the chassis 25. The flotation means 16 is made of any material making it possible to prevent the chassis 25 from under- jacent does not flow.
This flotation means 16 can just as easily be made, for example, of polystyrene or by a buoy filled with air.
This first element, moreover very simple, is formed by male fixing lugs 19 present on its underside.
These cooperate with the female fixing lugs 20 present on the second element of the floating head 3, that is to say the chassis 25.
L'ensemble de ces ergots 19 et 20 permet la fixation du moye de flottaison 16 au châssis 25.All of these pins 19 and 20 allow the hub to be fixed flotation 16 to chassis 25.
The chassis 25, for its part, receives one end of the flexible pipe 4.
This extends over the entire length of the chassis 25. Inside the chassis 25, the means of displacement and orientation of the floating head 3 is specified.
This means is essentially formed by an injector 18 d fluid which serves as a means of propulsion, said injector 1 opening into a venturi 17 which is extended in the form of a nozzle 8.
Le venturi 17 et la tuyère 8 sont orientables selon un ax 26.The venturi 17 and the nozzle 8 are orientable along an axis 26.
According to Figure 3, the floating head 3 is seen in section.
L'élément supérieur est formé du moyen de flottaison 16 muni en partie basse d'ergots mâles de fixation 19.The upper element is formed by the flotation means 16 provided at the bottom with male fixing lugs 19.
The lower element is formed by the chassis 25. It has, in the high position, the female fixing lugs 2 corresponding to the lugs 19 of the flotation means 16.
Surmontant le châssis 25 et représenté en tirets pointillés discontinus, le tuyau souple 4 possède un logement 27 l'intérieur du moyen de flottaison 16.Overcoming the frame 25 and shown in broken dotted lines, the flexible pipe 4 has a housing 27 inside the flotation means 16.
The frame 25, seen in section, makes it possible to distinguish three channels allowing the passage of the propulsion fluid.
The central channel is formed by the orientable nozzle itself.
The other channels are formed by the lateral conduits 21 of the fluid.
Figure 4 specifies an essential element of the present invention. It is the flexible pipe 4 which is, in the example, present ballasted, which allows it to flow under the surface of the water.
Overcoming said pipe 4, a flexible tube 11 is present.
The function of the latter is to allow the floating of the ballasted flexible tube 4. The tube 11 has no other function, it therefore only contains air or any other means allowing the flotation.
In addition, it is closed and cannot undergo any influence except that due to the flexibility of said tubes 11 and pipes 4.
The pipe 4, for its part, allows the supply of the means of hydraulic control 22, the function of which will be specified in the figures which follow.
The hydraulic control means 22 could nevertheless be conveyed by the flexible tube 4. When the hose 4 and the tube 11 are placed in the water 2, the flexible hose 4, which is ballasted, tends to be below the surface water 2, while the flexible tube 11 still has an emerged part.
The two pipes 4 and tube 11, being superimposed and being connected to each other, by means of a flexible and hermetic skirt 28, von being able to circumscribe and store a thick polluted tablecloth 1.
La figure 5 montre que le tuyau souple 4 peut posséder de trous 14 placés du côté de la nappe polluée 1, afin de permettr la flottation de microdéchets présents à 1'intérieur de la napp polluée 1, le fluide 10 contenu dans ledit tuyau souple 4 es alors éjecté selon les flèches F3.FIG. 5 shows that the flexible pipe 4 can have holes 14 placed on the side of the polluted sheet 1, in order to allow the flotation of micro-waste present inside the polluted sheet 1, the fluid 10 contained in said flexible pipe 4 are then ejected according to the arrows F3.
The hermetic flexible skirt 28 is hermetic on the side of the polluted tablecloth 1, while it has holes 31 on the other side to allow it to be cleaned and / or emptied. According to the mode of use of the flexible pipes 4 and the tubes 11 of FIG. 1, the said pipes 4 and tubes 11 necessarily have a sufficiently strong reinforcement to allow their manipulation, that is to say that they will allow the carriage of '' a thick and / or large area tablecloth 1. This thrusting can be the fact either of a winding on the winding drum 12 actuated by the geared motor 24, or by the displacement of the central station 5 which will have to be mobile on land or on water.
The venturi 17 is wide enough to allow the orientation of the nozzle 8-venturi assembly 17 without the inlet 18 of the fluid 10 being obstructed.
In the rear part of the chassis 25 of the floating head 3, there are three openings.
The first opening is central and allows propulsion in a straight line.
The other two are lateral and allow lateral movement of the floating head 3.
In the latter case, the fluid 10 will pass through one of the lateral conduits 21. According to Figures 6, 7 and 8, the steerable nozzle 8 s consists of a hydro-ejector.
The hydro-ejector is formed on the one hand by an injector 18 d fluid 10 which injects said fluid 10 into a venturi 17. The injector 18 is fixed relative to the frame 25, where it is located.
The venturi 17 is movable along an orientation axis 26 pa relative to the chassis 25, this mobility is due to the operating means 9 such as jacks, two in number, distributed on either side of the nozzle 8.
Le venturi 17 peut avoir deux positions extrêmes. The venturi 17 can have two extreme positions.
Soit, comme cela est représenté à la figure 7, le fluide 10 est éjecté selon les flèches F4, dans le venturi 17 placé dans l'axe longitudinal formé par l'injecteur 18 et le venturi 17 vers l'extérieur de la tête flottante 3, de sorte que la tête flottantOr, as shown in FIG. 7, the fluid 10 is ejected according to the arrows F4, into the venturi 17 placed in the longitudinal axis formed by the injector 18 and the venturi 17 towards the outside of the floating head 3 , so that the floating head
3 va s'éloigner de la station centrale 5 en ligne droite selon F5.3 will move away from central station 5 in a straight line along F5.
Or, as shown in FIG. 8, the fluid 10 is ejected, according to the arrows F7, into the venturi 17, which is oriented by means of the jacks 9 whose movement is represented according to the arrows F6, so that the fluid 10 opens into one of the lateral conduits 21 of the chassis 25, the ejection orifices of which are located laterally, so that the floating head 3 v describes an arc of a circle, according to F8.
The actuation of the jacks 9 is the result of the hydraulic control means 22 which are present inside the flexible pipe 4, seen previously.
Figure 9 shows another embodiment of the device according to the invention.
This device is essentially composed of a floating head 30, the upper part of which is formed by a flotation means 29.
Said head 30 is connected to a central station 5, by means of two flexible pipes 4.
These two flexible pipes 4 are wound on a winding drum 12.
Each flexible pipe 4 is supplied with fluid pa by means of a set of sealed conduits, into which are inserted a valve for adjusting the flow rate 13 of the fluid pressure, as well as a means 15 for distributing the fluid sent into 1 * one or the other of the two flexible pipes 4.
Ladite tête flottante 30 est composée du moyen de flottaisonAccording to FIG. 10, the floating head 30 is seen in profile. Said floating head 30 is composed of the flotation means
29, sous lequel prend place un tuyau 4 qui masque le second tuyau souple 4.29, under which takes place a pipe 4 which masks the second flexible pipe 4.
Le tuyau souple 4 visible aboutit à la tuyère latérale bâbord 7.The visible flexible pipe 4 ends at the port side nozzle 7.
This floating head 30 also includes a keel 23 making it possible to stabilize its position when it is floating in water 2.
La figure 11 présente une vue de dessous de la tête flottanteFigure 11 shows a bottom view of the floating head
30, dépourvue de sa quille 23.30, devoid of its keel 23.
Each of the two flexible pipes 4 leads to a side nozzle, one on port 7, the other on starboard 6. FIG. 12 represents all of the elements seen in the three preceding figures.
The floating head 30 is composed of the buoyancy means 29 and the port side nozzles 7 and starboard 6, underlying them.
These are extended by two pipes 4 which will wind up at the level of the central station 5, on a winding drum 12 driven in rotation by means of a geared motor 24.
Each flexible pipe 4 is supplied with fluid by means of conduits into which are inserted on the one hand, a regulating valve, of the flow rate 13, and on the other hand a distribution means 15.
Finally, Figure 13 shows another embodiment of the floating head 3, in which the pipe 4 leads to two lateral nozzles.
The orientation which will be given to the fluid 10 is due to actuating cylinders 32 of deflectors 33.
Without departing from the scope of the invention, the number of side port and starboard nozzles may be multiple.
However, a device using two lateral nozzles cannot be supplied with fluid 10 by a single flexible pipe 4, the distributor acting by means of hydraulic control means on a device present at the head. floating, regardless of the floating head 3 or 30 used.
This can be provided, at the level of its prow, with a hooking hub allowing it, when it encounters a complementary hooking hub, to attach to it. The additional attachment means can be attached to another floating head, or to another central station, or to a bank, or even to the same central station 5 on which the floating head 3 or 30 depends, so that it will be possible to circumscribe and store a polluted tablecloth 1. After having circumscribed and stored this tablecloth, it will be possible to thicken it either by pulling on the set of pipes 4 which make it possible to circumscribe said polluted tablecloth 1 or by winding the flexible pipes 4 on their respective reel drum 12. The flexible pipes 4 then act as a floating barrier.
The treatment of this polluted tablecloth 1, or its evacuation, can be done by the central station 5, whether this is a boat or a device located on the bank, or can also be done by an additional means such than a suction machine or a reprocessing plant.
