Abstract

Bei der Erfindung geht es um ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung verwertbarer Stoffe aus einem mindestens eine Aluminiumschicht und eine Schicht aus einem Polyolefin enthaltenden Verbundmaterial. Hierbei wird vorgeschlagen, daß das Verbundmaterial in einen Reaktionsraum (1) eingebracht und dort bei einer Temperatur unterhalb der Schmelztemperatur des enthaltenen Aluminiums verschwelt wird, worauf die entstehenden Rückstände nach Aluminium und sonstigen Rückständen getrennt und das entstandene Schwelgas als Energieträger für eine Feuerung genutzt wird. Hierzu soll ein Trommelofen verwendet werden mit einem Drehrohr (9) zur Bildung des Reaktionsraumes (1) und einem diesen umgebenden Brennraum (10) sowie einer eingangsseitig angeordneten Aufgabevorrichtung (17) für das Aufgabegut und mit einem Austrag (18) für Verschwelungsrückstände und nicht verschweltes Gut. Hierbei soll eingangsseitig im Drehrohr (9) eine Wärmebarrikade (19) vorgesehen sein, zur Verminderung der Wärmeabstrahlung in den Aufgabebereich und es soll weiter der Reaktionsraum (1) Mittel (20) zur Gasentnahme aufweisen, die mit einer Entstaubungseinrichtung (21) verbunden sind. Diese Mittel (20) zur Gasentnahme sollen mit Mitteln (22, 23) zur Temperaturbeeinflussung versehen sein, um eine Kondensatbildung zu vermeiden. Der Trommelofen soll mehrere Heizzonen (14, 15, 16) mit zugeordneten Brennern (11, 12, 13) aufweisen, die mit unterschiedlichen Heizleistungen betreibbar sind.
