Abstract

Circuit de référence de tension d'amplification à contre-réaction ayant un amplificateur avec un réseau de réaction positive comprenant un dispositif non linéaire qui fonctionne comme source de courant. Le dispositif non linéaire peut être un dispositif à résistance négative de type n tel qu'une diode à tunnel. Le circuit génère une tension de référence prédéterminée lorsque la différence entre le signal appliqué à l'entrée positive et un signal généré par le réseau de réaction négative et appliqué à l'entrée négative s'approche de zéro. Un autre mode de réalisation décrit un circuit de référence de courant d'amplification à contre-réaction ayant un réseau de résistance négative de type n et un dispositif de polarisation sensible au courant de fonctionnement du réseau de résistance négative de type n pour polariser le réseau et fonctionner comme source de courant en un point de fonctionnement se trouvant dans une région d'une crête de courant prédéterminé associé au réseau de résistance négative de type n.
