Abstract

증폭기 구성체를 돈 제1피드백이 인터럽트될 때 향상된 속도 및 정확성을 갖는 피드백 증폭기가 제공된다. 증폭기의 입력 스테이지(IS)에 부가된 피드백 루프(Q2b)는 피드백의 방해 및 회로 콤포넌트의 포화 상태를 방지 하므로써 회로 응답을 지속시킨다.

Claims (6)

  1. 입력 스테이지 및 입력 스테이지(IS)에 의해 구동된 출력 스테이지(OS)를 갖는 피드백 증폭기로서, 상기 입력 스테이지(IS)는 피드백 신호를 수신하는 제어 전극이 있는 제1트랜지스터(Q2a)를 포함하고, 상기 출력 스테이지(OS)는 피드백 증폭기의 출력 단자(OT)에 연결된 제어 전극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피드백 증폭기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력 스테이지(IS)는 차동쌍(Q1, Q2a)의 자동출력 신호에 응답하여 상기 출력 스테이지((OS)를 위한 구동 신호를 발생시키도록 차동쌍 및 수단(Q3, Q4)을 형성하기 위해 상기 제1트랜지스터(Q2a)에 연결된 제3트랜지스터(Q1)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피드백 증폭기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피드백 증폭기는 다이오드(D2)와 커패 시터(C2)를 더 포함하며 상기 다이오드(D2)는 상기 출력 단자(OT) 및 커패시터(C2)사이에 연결되어 상기 피드백 신호를 형성하도록 상기 커패시터(C2)를 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피드백 증폭기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피드백 증폭기는 바이플러 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피드백 증폭기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피드백 증폭기는 MOS트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피드백 증폭기.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2트랜지스터(Q2b)의 에미터 및 콜렉터는 상기 제1트랜지스터(Q2a)의 에미터 및 콜렉터에 각각 접속되고 상기 제2트랜지스터(Q2b)는 상기 콜렉터 및 상기 출력 트랜지스터(Q5)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피드백 증폭기.
