Abstract

Procédé et appareil de traitement de déchets biologiques. Le procédé consiste à mélanger les déchets biologiques, à hacher le mélange de déchets, à laver et à préchauffer le mélange de déchets, à comprimer le mélange de déchets hachés, à sécher le mélange comprimé par l'apport de chaleur et l'adjonction d'un mélange de déchets préalablement séchés, et à broyer le mélange de déchets séchés de manière à obtenir des boulettes. De préférence, avant la compression dudit mélange de déchets, on ajoute à celui-ci des additifs, par exemple des déchets de pisciculture, afin de conférer aux boulettes une propriété voulue, par exemple une teneur en protéines de 28 % en poids environ.
